Our first impression was a lovely, clean and welcoming hotel with immaculate grounds, and staff that are hard-working, friendly and happy to help. There is good wheelchair access everywhere. The rooms are set out in blocks around the resort. Each has a central courtyard so the corridors are open to one side. The rooms are a good size and airy with a very comfortable bed. There is a safe (but no instructions?) and a mini-fridge plus plenty of storage space for clothes etc. There is also a clothes line on the balcony. The bathroom has a hairdryer and they supply an average body wash/shampoo plus soap tablet but no face flannel or robes. One disappointment was that the aircon is not available outside of high Season (despite it being 26C during the day in April) and the ceiling fan only seemed to push the hot air around. There were plenty of activities available but there is a quiet policy after 10pm. For example, they have a silent disco were attendees are given a set of headphones so only they can hear the music. There is also a Theatre with entertainment every evening but you can't hear it outside, so you are never disturbed by night-time noise. The food was really good, much better than the average 4* hotel. There was always plenty of choice plus is was beautifully cooked and presented. Apart from the Main Restaurant, there are three others included. The Trattoria (Italian) Bodega (Spanish) and The Flavour (Mediterranean) Outside of High Season, these three are only open a couple of times a week and need to be booked via the TUI App. There is also Fish & Grill down by the Private Lodge area. This is not Inclusive. Soft, alcoholic and hot drinks are available in the Restaurant and by the pool. The coffee from these isn't great but in the Reception and the Plaza Bar, there are proper machines which are really good. There only appeared to be 3 lots of public toilets. Reception next to lift. Next to Theatre and next to bottom swimming pool. None inside restaurants etc. These were all very clean and well stocked. The Towel Station is at the back of one of the shops by Block 19. It doesn't open until 10am. The shop also stocks a good selection of essentials at a reasonable price, if you have forgotten anything. The steps down to the beach are quite strenuous so make sure you take everything you need with you, There is a colony of Barbery Squirrels in the gorge beside the hotel, they are very tame and will pose for photos. You can walk along the beach to Morro Jable, it takes about 30 minutes? It is also possible to walk for miles in the other direction but beware the incoming tide. If you hire a car from the Airport, when you leave the carpark, take the left hand lane and drive slowly up to the barrier. It will open automatically. Head for the FV-2 Autovia towards Morro Jable. It is about 80 k to the Butihondo turn-off. Junction 79. Under the autovia take the 2nd right (first is no entry). Tui Magic Life is
