The room size is OK, the location is very good, 10 minutes walk from the train station There are a lot of places to eat around, and breakfast is pretty good.

Too bad! Except for two mini-sized beds, nothing else is provided. Guests have to go to the front desk to get towels. The cups for brushing teeth are paper cups. Bottled water costs 6.5 euros a bottle. It is next to the railway and it is noisy. As soon as I checked in, I found that the toilet seat was dirty, but luckily I changed rooms. After staying for 4 nights, there was no waiter to clean the room. It was too bad! During the exhibition, the room price was extremely high, more than 1,500 yuan per night, and the front desk staff was indifferent.

No heating in the bathroom, after a long and several discussions I was given another room where I had a working heater and then they came with the cheeky statement that I should look in the other rooms to see if they had a working heater. Service is 0. I was there several times and that was also my last visit there. No recommendation.

It was very convenient to borrow a cell phone charger for free. The bedding was good, and the location was nice because it was close to the central station.

It was a clean, decent hotel. But it was necessary to walk 10-15 minutes to Essen Hbf. If there was a tea and coffee maker in the room, I would give the amenities five stars.
