Chambre très jolie et bien aménagée Bon accueil Restaurant fermé le 1/1/24 sans information préalable, repas servi dans des bols en carton sur les tables basses de la réception. Mais ça c’était pour les chanceux, à peine cinq voitures dans l’hôtel mais il n’y avait pas assez de plats pour tout le monde, pour nous, c’était sandwich, et quel sandwich d’autoroute ! Conseil : réservez les soins au spa, avant d’arriver a l’hôtel car sinon c’est plein Quand au grand escalierpour accéder à l’espace piscine sauna non mentionné dans le descriptif de l’établis*****t Lorsque j’y étais le hammam, était fermé pour maintenance et pour le sauna, il n’y a que 2 places Tv : uniquement la TNT sans même une chaîne d’info en anglais J2, nous revenons de promenade à 17 heures en demandant si le restaurant est ouvert le soir, on nous dit oui à partir de 19 heures, nous arrivons vers 20 heures, et on nous dit qu’on a beaucoup de chance parce que normalement c’est sur réservation … l’information au moment où nous sommes passé au desk aurait été bienvenue Au final décevant pour un 4 étoiles mais 4 étoiles camping

I use this Chartres hotel regularly as a stop driving down through France. really helpful staff and clean and comfortable. One point is the doors to the internal fire escape close so heavily that they shake the rooms nearby. The closers should have a dual action , with a damper to close the last few centimeters quietly without compromising the fire performance of the door. Just need a skilled engineer to set these up right. It would guarantee a more peaceful night's sleep.

Toutefois, la pomme de douche qui tourne pour arroser le mur lorsqu’on pose dans son socle , est un peu gênant.
Mais il y a pire, même peu acceptable.
C’est le prix du petit déjeuner, 10,95,€ donc 11 € à cinq centimes près.
Ça ne les vaut absolument pas, il n’y a rien de plus que dans un autre B’nB, voir plutôt moi.
J’ai vu des B’nB avec plus de produits pour moins cher.
À savoir que dans un logis de France, le prix moyen d’un petit déjeuner de 12 € Avec un tas de produits de qualité.
B’nB devrait revoir à la baisse ses prix de petits déjeuners qui sont exorbitants pour les produits proposés.
En plus, le service au petit déjeuner n’est pas extraordinaire en proposition de produits.
Il ne restait plus qu’un morceau de pain blanc à mon arrivée, et un peu de pain au céréales, je n’ai pas pu me faire plus de deux petites tartines de pain blanc il n’ena pas été remis tout le long du petit déjeuner.

Tout c’est bien passé, super entré plat dessert. Le seul bémol que nous avons rencontré avec ma copine c’est le temps entre les repas, ils était un peu trop court on avait pas le temps de digéré mais sinon tout est nickel. La suggestion du mois pour tout les repas était innovante et super bien fait 👍

JJo CI recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chartres Centre Cathedrale, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful recommendations for local attractions. Overall, Mercure Chartres Centre Cathedrale is a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay in close proximity to Chartres’ historic attractions.

We used this as an overnight stop and the service is disgusting. We had eaten a heavy lunch earlier in the day so requested some bar food. We were given a bar menu and decided on two croque monsieur. Even though they had given us the bar menu they then refused to serve us food in the bar and insisted that we go in the restaurant saying we could order it in there. On going into the restaurant we were told that bar food was unavailable in the restaurant. We had experience of the restaurant menu the previous night in the Novotel Narbonne, the menu is limited and does not cater for small meals. The staff did nothing to assist with providing some light food and appeared to not really care about it.Two French gentlemen who were at the hotel for business purposes and had overheard our conversations with the staff advised us not to eat in the hotel saying it was terrible. There was no manager on the premises only inexperienced reception staff and rude bar and restaurant staff. At the bar we had a Coke and a bottle of water, my wife was offered a plastic glass for her water and had to ask for a glass one. The person who served her just raised their eyes and slammed a glass down on the bar. This person turned out to be the restaurant manager. We are now sat in our room with no food as they refuse to provide room service which I thought was a requirement for a 4 star Hotel. The room is hot and humid as they have turned the air conditioning off. I have booked breakfast in the morning but now we do not wish to eat here so it will be interesting to see if they try to charge us for breakfast! Take our advice and don't stay here, 4 star hotel and 1 star service.

Easy to find with secure parking behind the hotel (€10 for 24 hours) Comfortable rooms with all that is needed for one night though having your own kettle is an advantage. Comfortable bed and good shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice on local amenities. Only a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and the centre of town. Restaurants tend to be expensive in the centre so we ate at the hotel. A good quality satisfying meal with good service. A good range of food for breakfast completed a great stay.

PPengguna TetamuIl n’existe plus d’Ibis au centre de Chartres. Il vous reste donc des hôtels qui n’ont le rapport qualité/prix de ce lieu. Et lorsque vous arrivez, le rêve commence. Les chambres sont plus que correctes et aussi, et surtout, vous êtes accompagnés par la « Dream Team » en référence à l’équipe de basket-ball U.S au J.O de Barcelone en 1992. Résumons, vous êtes face à une équipe absolument merveilleuse. Pour ne citer qu’eux : Gabriella, une figure incontournable au même titre que la tour de Bélem à Lisbonne. Louise, tout comme le château du Haut-Koenigsbourg vous donnera une nouvelle vision sur les magnifiques vitraux de la cathédrale. Antoine, alias M. Quand même et son sens de l’humour merveilleux et aussi Sarah qui, d’un simple sourire égaie votre journée

PPengguna TetamuEquipe désintéressée, petit dejeuner cher et peu de choix, couverts sales. La chambre, ou commencer ? Etagere pleines de poussière, draps tachés, salle de bain avec du moisi, douche très étroite et beaucoup trop haute avec aucun ajustement possible, pas une seule serviette propre, 2 serviettes pour 5 personnes! Lorsque j'en ai demandé une le lendemain au petit déjeuner, le monsieur m'a demandé pourquoi j'en voulais une autre. Quand je lui ai dit, il n a rien dit... Cet hotel salit le nom de l'entreprise. Pleins d'autres hotels aux alentours, éviter celui ci.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked Campanile Dreux for just one night as a stopover on our way back to the ferry. We arrived late at night, which was not an issue for them, luckily, but we had unfortunately missed the restaurant. Upon first inspection the room was lovely and clean, everything worked fine and we both were happy enough. After foraging for food, we returned to the room and discovered that the wall behind the door was completely caked in mould. That was concerning, but as it was so late we didn't want to find somewhere else and so slept with the window open. Breakfast was good, we were both very happy. If it weren't for the mould it would have been a great stopover!
