An absolute stunning location! We had an amazing time but had several issues along the way that prevents a 5 star rating. If you are driving look for the entrance to the hotel between the parking lots. There is a small manned shack with a gated arm entry. Let them know you are headed to the Chateau and they will let you in. Drive up just a few meters and you will see a small building with the Chateau Eza name on it to the right. Park there. We were met by two highly energetic bellman. They took our bags and valeted the car. From there it’s a very uphill hike to the hotel. Look for the hotels signs as you walk up and they will lead you to the front desk. The bellman will CARRY your bags up this same route to your room. We were met by very kind hotel staff which checked us in and then provided a much needed welcome drink. Our room and its view was stunning! Very well appointed furnishings. The bed was oh so comfy. Well stocked mini bar, tea and coffee. Now for one of the more serious issues encountered at the hotel. After cleaning up, I went to grab a bath towel off of what was a towel heater. As I did my arm brushed against the rack and I suffered a serious second degree burn to my arm. Under no circumstances should that rack be that hot! That evening we dined at the hotels Michelin rated restaurant. We were seated on a private balcony with what has to be one of the worlds best dining views. We chose the 5 course dinner which was out of this world. One of the best meals ever. Next morning it was off to breakfast. Seated again on the terrace with an amazing view. The food was very good but highly over priced! At first the wait staff was very attentive, but midway through breakfast they disappeared. Then the swarm bees descended upon us. We looked for help from the staff to move inside but there was no one around. We finally had to abandon our breakfast. The coffee I ordered 20 minutes earlier finally appeared as we were leaving. One other mild nuisance. Above the stone stairway leading to our room was a spa on the terrace above us. Numerous times as we entered and left the room, water was raining down and it was impossible to get down our stairs without getting wet. Apart from these somewhat minor issues the hotel is breathtaking! One of the seven hotel wonders of the world - not to be missed!

Chambre très confortable, lit double avec vue mer propre, déco sobre. WC séparé, Sdb avec baignoire, produits de toilettes, minibar avec 2 bouteilles d eau, peignoirs, chaussons.Très calme. Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse de la chambre, petit bémol celle ci n avait pas été nettoyée ( verre en plastique, mégots). Piscine superbe, transats dispos, serviettes . Restaurant, service impeccable, prix abordables par rapport au standing, plats délicieux. Petit déjeuner excellent. Service à la réception un peu moyen , bcp d attente. Service de voiturier, parking gratuit. Très bon séjour.
