高頻出差黨，平常都是默認好評，但是今天一定要給個差評！ 1.早上7點55開始放熱水，8點才稍微有暖和氣，處於手摸起來不冰，但是根本沒法洗澡的狀態，8點15才開始放出熱水。這種體驗，哪怕是那些快捷酒店都不曾有過。 2.沒有沐浴露。 3.早餐的牛奶是用奶粉沖泡的，不是純牛奶。沖泡奶就算了，甚至泡得跟水一樣！ 熱水問題是硬件設施問題，沒有及時維修情有可原。沐浴露問題是保潔人員可以算作偶然過失，也可以理解。但是早餐水一樣的沖泡奶是無法原諒的！這是過分的成本控制，是酒店本身的管理問題！！

房間乾淨，位置便利，地處開發區，周邊安靜，特別愜意～這都不重要 這家酒店前台有位女生Miranda，皮膚白白，笑容甜甜，這幾天對我和媽媽的關照，心裏暖暖的。鄂州是個安靜又美好的城市，這位小姑娘也是城市美麗的組成部分～這位可可愛愛的美麗女孩，真的太暖了～客房打掃的大姐也是，冬季比較幹，看我買了水，在第二天會多幫我放兩瓶，很貼心～很自然的關心，特別特別好，也感謝前台妹妹這麼好～冬季去各地放鬆放鬆，減少自己的精神內耗，來感受一下湖北人民的熱情
