房間大小適中，衛生間夠大，出熱水快。 唯一不好的是早餐，葷菜除了雞蛋，衹有熏魚三款，不太適合我的胃。 前台員工都很熱心，專業 大門口對麪是生活超市，旁邊是mall，離火車站步行8分鐘，火車到本古裏安機場20分鐘，9新錫克爾，超級划算。

My stay at this hotel was plagued with issues. When I arrived late at night to find there is no on-site parking, I was directed to park at the hospital across the street. Trying to exit their parking lot I somehow found myself strolling through a hospital unit with my luggage around midnight. Creepy and weird. Eventually made my way to the hotel. Check in was slow and annoying, where you were forced to use some finicky tablet that didn't quite work. Room was fine, shower had good water pressure. A/C didn't work for me first two nights, but was later fixed. This was a big issue for me that cost me a night's sleep. On Thursday there is a nearby night cliub that blasts music till at least 3am, costing me another sleepless night. Breakfast is decent, though not as good as it looks at first sight. Coffee is pretty terrible. Forgot some clothes in my room at check out, called hotel and asked about it, they said they would call back but never did. Only good thing is they let me exit my room a few days early, but even that was after many attempts and them changing their position several times.

Room is medium size. Nicely decorated. I think we had the room that is presented on their website. The beds are very comfortable. Even the coach was very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is big with a large shower cabin. The linen and towels were white and soft. The mini bar it is quite small. There are not many places to store you things except to leave them in the open. The air conditioner was working very well. We were welcomed in the room with a bottle of sparkling wine on ice. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced on daily basis. Breakfast was from 7.30-10.30, and it was very good with a lot of salads, salmon, omelette, cakes and fruits. The coffee and tea were served at the table from the bar. You just indicate what you need. The juice was made on the spot with a machine from fresh squeezed oranges. It was a mixture between French cuisine and oriental one. The elevator works very well. The staff from the reception was very helpful- they can give you beach towels, they can arrange the transfer to the airport- 3 people with 3 suite cases-190 NIS in cash. We need ice for an injured foot and they helped us with a bag of ice when we asked for. The beech is 1.5 km if you are walking and you are always passing thorough Carmel Market that is fill with all the good things to eat. But you have another option - behind the hotel, across AM-PM supermarket is the bus station for bus no 4, that can take you to all the beaches across Tel Aviv. Make sure you have the electronic wallet to be purchased in advance. One ride is 5.5 NIS. We did not like the fact that the iron windows were not properly closed and you could hear all the noise from outside. The lack of a drying rack for the swimming suit.

Je suis actuellement dans cet hôtel et quelle déception! Hier première nuit, je n’ai pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause d’un bruit de moteur lié au fait que cette chambre se situe juste à côté de la piscine! Étant allée me plaindre dès le lendemain matin car réveillée avec ce même bruit de moteur tel celui d’un avion, on me propose de changer de chambre mais je dois quitter ma chambre actuelle a 10h!!!! Pour avoir la nouvelle chambre à 15h! Dédommagement de 15% sur la première nuit certainement pas à la hauteur du désagrément subi, surtout pour avoir payé une nuit a 480 euros! Je suis actuellement dans la nouvelle chambre et je peux constater la différence de literie, mon mari aussi! On a l’impression de dormir sur une planche en bois! Un lit deux places qui n en est pas un: deux jumeaux collés côte à côte et Même pas de surmatelas! Et la propreté de cette chambre laisse Clairement a désister! Bref une honte!

We were so pleasantly surprised. We weren't sure what to expect, but the location was outstanding and our room was very spacious. While the pool isn't huge, it was enough to spend plenty of time there and enjoy a drink or two. There are two great fast food spots adjacent to the hotel, which made for lots of choices. It's a comfortable walk to the Carmel Market, Rothschild Street, Nachalat Binyamin, and other popular spots in Tel Aviv. And we witnessed two beautiful sunsets. The proximity to the beach can't be beat--we loved seeing all the beachgoers, youth visitors, and locals. We'll definitely stay here again on future trips.

Have to write in sheer excitement about my current stay @the Herrods TLV, Came to TLV to enjoy the DocAviv Film Festival, and resplendent summer. How was it? Remarkable and extraordinary in every way, right from the outset. I was stoked! Friday the Hotel was packed full, so when I arrived on Saturday, was delighted to realize I received an upgrade. Well the view on the eighteenth floor is sensational, and the warm sea-breeze welcoming and soft. The room was pristine and brimming with new energy, if not a bit too minimal for its uninterrupted white expanses. Have to address compliments to all members of staff, for excellent service and personal attention. How wonderful a relief for solo travelers! Special thanks go to the entire, wonderful Front Office team, to the Front Desk Manager Adi, and especially to Daniel Manager of Guest Relations, for following up on my stay, and whether I was pleased with all aspects of my stay. Also, special thanks go to the F&B MAnagement, and Breakfast Hall team, for preparing and setting up an excellent, holesome, and varied breakfast, in a great ambience. Thank you also to Miri, at the bar, for your appreciated attention, presence, and caring attitude. In short - of-course would love to come back to more such calming and sensational experiences. Just had a fantastic 4 night in this hotel. Well situated in a side street at one end of a very long beach area.If you walk straight out of hotel for about 5 minutes walk which takes you to the boardwalk area where there are a lot of shops,cafe and restaurants. Then if you want you could walk all the way across the sea front with a lovely beach one side with hotels,cafe's and Restaurants the other side.Its also reasonable to hire beds and umbrella's.There is also showers and places to change dotted along the sea front,if you walk for a good one and a half hours you will end up in Jaffa said to be the oldest port in the world and a must see place.Hotel also has a nice long street 2 minutes walk away which is full of bars,restaurants ans cafe's.Now it is a expensive place not as crazy as I thought and you can easily find cheaper places to eat and drink.Done all the holy land trips with which were fantastic and considering it was one the busiest times of the year it was well organised and got to visit everything. Lastly I would like to mention the staff in the Port Hotel who were absolutely fantastic. Bein Harim tours for trips and gett taxi from airport are recommended.

It was a great pleasure for me to spend my stay here with you. It was just my first experience in ISRAEL. All the hotel service has been truly perfect every time I have asked. And I especially took advantage of your computer at level 10 to do some of my projects which I have come to follow. Thank you very much and see you next time
