我們十一點多就到酒店了 Rain特別特別nice 不但讓我們提前入住 而且幫我們升級了房型 幫我們開了兩個親子雙床房 河景特別特別美麗 服務特別特別特別棒。就是前台的工作人員素質真的非常非常高。因為我這次帶的家人平均年齡都五十多歲，各種要求。前台的工作人員都願意耐心的解答和滿足。 清掃的阿姨也特別好。額外多要了些紙巾都滿足了我們。 早餐非常豐盛，早餐的阿姨也特別好。給我們煮了餛飩。麪條，放了好多肉丸子和菜菜。 這個酒店是我此次江浙滬出行最喜歡的酒店。沒有之一。 下次如果我還去西塘，一定還住這裏。 走的時候拿給我們了伴手禮一份。 西塘因為這個酒店而變得不一樣了。

房間還可以比烏鎮大，房間內是乾淨整潔的。房間內有防蚊器 衞生間就不一樣了，不是很乾凈有點臟廁紙也看了不乾淨。 服務態度很好也很及時解決問題的。需要在微信上溝通不然找不到人。 老闆必須來接你不然找不到民宿。民宿在彎彎曲曲的小巷裡，沒有河景哈。有河景的房價是500元以上哈
