It's a memorable stay for me in park plaza faridabad.Thanks to the reception team for helping a lot during my stay, special thanks to Muskan.Restaurant staff is so helpful and they provide us very good service. There is lots of choice in the breakfast buffet. My room was spacious, immaculately clean. It featured all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a plush bed, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and complimentary high-speed internet. Thanks

أشكر الطاقم الموجود في فندق كراون بلازا نيودلهي أوكلا. والشكر الجزيل لموظفان أثنان وهم SHASHI & NISHA. لقد زرت دول عربية ودول مت آسيا وشرق آسيا ، في حياتي الدراسية والسياحية والعملية ولم أقابل مثل هذان الموظفان في جميع الخصال طيبة وأخلاق عالية جداً وفي غاية الروعة ويتمتعان بإنجاز العمل ومريح وسلس للضيوف. الفندق قد يخسر وبقوة إذا خسر هاذان الموظفان..... كلمة صدق أقولها بكامل قواي العقلية....

Stayed at this property for several nights for business. This was the only property in Greater Faridabad area close to my work location. Am really finding it difficult to find any positive in this hotel except that the room was spacious and the a/c was working fine. Now let me get to the the Not so Good: 1. Bed linen was very dirty and run down. Everything was blackish white. Bed sheets, pillow covers, quilt cover and everything was run down and covered with pilling. Let’s not talk about towels am sure you all get the picture!! 2. WiFi speeds were pathetic. One couldn’t browse basic websites. Numerous complaints led to nothing. 3. The bathroom doesn’t have any shower mat so be very careful as the tiled floor gets very slippery when wet. 4. They only give face towels on request but I’d recommend that you get your own for obvious reason!! 5. In room dining rates are very high as if that’s the only way they make money. A pathetic coffee costs Rs 200/-. Food is terrible so it’ll be better to step out and eat. 6. Maintenance and housekeeping don’t have any sense about not making noise when room is occupied. There is regular corridor rug cleaning at 11.00pm and they only stop when you complain. 7. Breakfast is terrible. The restaurant is full of fruit flies and mosquitos. Tables, chairs are filthy. Menu is limited to 4 items plus tea, coffee and 1 juice. 8. TV channels don’t work. As per the hotel the TV is smart TV and you need to use your own account to sign in if you want to watch Netflix, Disney Hotstar, etc. 9. Car parking is not of the hotel. One has to park the car in the open market parking. Come this hotel if you only need a room with a/c to sleep and have no more expectations otherwise save your money and find another. It’s pretty clear that the establishment is not looking at offering any positive experience!!

What a wonderful experience we had at our wedding celebration! Wow!!! The service was truly amazing, and everyone worked hard to make us feel special. It is clear that they know how to host a wedding like Bani, Tejaswee professionals. If you are considering getting married or want to celebrate love with style, trust me—this is truly one of the best hotels for wedding events.

Nice location and hotel also very good food was awesome in restaurant and very nice ambiance in restaurant staff are very helpful in restaurant specially Ankit ujjwal himani and ananta mukesh also all staff are very good and polite the know how to hoste the guest

This is my 2nd stay here this month. Absolutely loved the stay. I was hosting my daughter’s birthday dinner at the India Grill the first time around and the staff here was unbelievably hospitable. Mr. Yogesh made sure that all our guests were very well taken of and attended to. Also, special thanks to Ramesh. Coming back here again.

It was great stay at Raksha Suites, Property is built nicely and all the rooms are need & clean and spacious to, the food was very delicious and banquet was also good nice hospitality and easy to find its near knowledge park 2 metro station only 2 mint walking distance. Definitely recommend this property.
