The hotel is very close to everywhere in Fatima. Room is clean and staff are very friendly. Check in and check out is quick. Highly recommended.

Great location by the shrine. Ok rooms. Had the potential for a good stay, but Staff is indifferent at best. Nasty in some cases. Tall bald man in restaurant was unbelievably so. He was there to make his job easier, not to serve guests or to me their experience positive.

There is no Wi-Fi in all rooms. There is no Wi-Fi in all rooms. The first time I was at this hotel, the room was closer to the reception, so Wi-Fi was available. The last time I was staying at this hotel, the room was located further away from reception, and there was no Wi-Fi.

Perfectly located across from the shrine. 10 minute walk from bus terminal. Clean comfortable room. Helpful reception staff. Many restaurants in area. Hotel restaurant was very nice. Good food with exceptional service. Very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location just in front of the shrine. The room was big, well stocked, and organized. Super clean!! They help us to plan the day they provided the maps and the scheduling for the activities at the city and the shrine.

Rooms and breakfast are ok, but don´t eat dinner there!...it ist not nice and they have nothing for vegetarians. If you want to visit the religious sites they are is very nearby. Matrasses are quite hard.

Stayed in this hotel as part of a tour package booking from Singapore. It has a strategic location just a minutes walk to the square where nightly procession of Catholic worshipers, local and foreigners visit to pay penance or for prayers. The corridor becomes newer n more modern once u go up to the 1st floor. Bedroom n bath are very well organised. Shower stall with 2 glass panels whilst all other hotels on my Spain trip had single glass panel, floor gets wet inevitably. Had an excellent shower. Shower pressure Excellent. Shower stall adequate size for me. Breakfast n dinner were buffet style. Simple and tasty.

this hotel has the best location for a pilgrimage to the holy site. they serve a very good breakfast and everything was clean and neat. the staff was friendly and helpful too. the room was small and the bed was hard as a rock. it was OK for a one night

Hotel muito bem localizado,( ao lado do Santuário ) quarto limpo e com tamanho generoso, colaboradores amáveis e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Restaurante tranquilo e com qualidade. Só de notar o tamanho mini da televisão do quarto. Aconselho

Restaurante sem cozinha própria e o que ser em além de frio já está requentado. Não cumprem o menu. Chefia não dá a cara. Livro de reclamação só depois de chamar a GNR. NÃO SERVAM REFEIÇÕES. Staff sem formação.
