I stayed here one night after missing a flight connection and being booked here by Delta Air Lines. The shuttle was timely even considering the number of extra people they had to accommodate with canceled flights. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and bed comfortable. The hair and body products (from the Zero% Collection) have a nice fragrance. The room has several amenities if needed including a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. And there’s a hot water and coffee station in the lobby. I did not have time to use the gym but it’s stocked with cold water bottles, lots of free weights and even has one Peloton. There’s gated parking if you have a car. I look forward to staying there again.

Overall, a good experience. The front desk was very nice and quick, our room had a crib as we requested. Very clean hotel with good service. The hallways are sad looking and dated. Bathrooms need an upkeep as well with the walls/tub/faucet. With a facelift, this hotel could be excellent! ***If you do long term airport parking, there are TWO Courtyard by Marriott... there is a South Road and another one. Make sure you don't get on the wrong shuttle like we did...

This hotel is situated in ”no man's land.' Be sure to dine before you arrive because the options are extremely limited once you arrive. You would not want to walk anywhere. Upon check-in, you will be asked to sign, ”I agree to pay for the room and incremental charges.” There were no figures associated with the request. When I asked what the room charge was, the desk clerk had to clear the entry and start over. I told the attendant that I did not want to sign a blank document. If I disagreed with the numbers the next morning, how would I contest them? I would have already agreed to pay them. Be ready for a $12 secured parking fee. Hmm...the hotel next door does not charge for parking. Suggestion to the manager: how about waiving the fee for Marriott Bonvoy members as a perk? Breakfast was provided. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed overnight at this property on a business trip. When I arrived at the hotel, I had inadvertently made reservations for another day online. The front desk staff were wonderful helping me sort out my situation as the hotel was almost sold out. My room was on the 1st floor and was very nice. All the furniture and furnishings appeared to be new or very well maintained by the housekeeping staff. Nothing better than staying in a clean hotel, and this one was spotless. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would 100% stay here again on my next trip. The convenience of the hotel to downtown Fayetteville and Trilith Studios makes it a perfect place to stay. Uber ride to the Atlanta Airport is about 30 mins.

PPengguna TetamuWe spent two nights at the Fairfield in Peachtree City and had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bathroom was updated. I don't care for the water-saver shower head, but realize the updated hotels will have them. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Peachtree city is really nice with plenty to do.

PPengguna TetamuSadly, we were coming back home for a Funeral. We were three adults & 3 children, aged 6-9-12 so we reserved two adjoining rooms. I needed a handicapped room with a king bed. The rooms were beautiful and appeared quite clean. We were meeting up with family - I had told my brother and his adult sons to stay here. My niece, who lives nearby, picked me up at the airport and joined the rest of us for a few drinks & some food at the lobby bar. I was shocked by how Large this hotel is. In walking from our rooms to the restaurant, I realized I could not walk that far! I have MS. I called downstairs to see if a wheelchair was available. She didn’t know but w would call me right back. No phone call. So 45 min later I called & was told “someone in my room declined it.” Instead of a call, someone came to the room where the kids were playing, adjoined to MY room. My 6 year old opened the door and told the man they didn’t need a wheelchair! A six year old! Why not ask me ME? Or an adult at least? I am accustomed to high prices in hotels. I was not prepared for the costs for breakfast! Or dinner! I will say that the waitstaff and the manager were superb. I don’t normally eat breakfast but I had a taste of my granddaughter’s grits. Wonderful! I asked if I could get just a tiny ‘side sized’ bowl of grits. I was charged $5! And the bowl was half empty! Overall I was quite impressed. It had been a traumatic weekend for us - my nephew was only 25. Once I had a wheelchair, it was easier to move around inside the hotel. After I got home, my daughter said she’d had to give them her credit card to get into the room, even though I called 1/2 hr before she got there saying NOT to ask for a separate card bc I was paying for everything — and I confirmed that she had my Hilton credit card data. So when my daughter went to fill up her big Yukon, it denied her card. I was livid. I’ve note talked to Connor several times. For over two weeks he’d put me on hold for 20-30 minutes then tell me it had been corrected. NO, it was not. I paid for their room & food but it showed she’d maxed out her card! And you charged ME for it, too. That’s double dipping and it is illegal. “Someone will call you.” “ Who?” “ someone in Finance.” “No names? A phone number?” “No, just call me at this number.” It’s now April and NO ONE has called me. No one. Could someone PLEASE call me and correct the over-billing? You have a beautiful property. I feel like I have been robbed — and No one at the facility will help. Perhaps this branch should have a new manager - and a front desk person who understands what Help means.

PPengguna TetamuThis property hit it out of the park. Reception was pleasant. There are several snacks and beverages- including beer and wine. An above-average coffee and tea bar 24-7. My room passed the “Lysol wipe test”. Even the carpet was clean. Linens were fresh. Breakfast is cooked to order with lovely fresh fruit. The pool courtyard is peaceful. The only disappointment was in the lack of TV channels and the fitness center needed some attention for cleanliness. But, it was t any worse than my gym. Overall, I felt like I had a peaceful stay while taking certification classes at Trilith Studios. If you would like a delicious meal, check out Palmers nearby. Locally owned.

PPengguna TetamuSo disappointed in this hotel after paying $394 for 3 nights. You are definitely paying for location because the hotel itself needs a complete renovation. We stayed in room 117 the hotel & rooms smell terrible, I walked to Bath & Body for plug ins & spray to try to remedy that situation. It didn’t help… Carpets were filthy. The first night I stepped into the shower my feet went straight out from under me due to it being very slick. Photos are included to see the old & worn down bathroom & my bruise from falling in the shower. I immediately notified the front desk, the gentleman working offered to move us to a 1 queen bed room but I was traveling with my 82 yr old mother so we needed 2 beds. I was so relieved I took the first shower & she didn’t fall instead. I asked for a shower mat to protect us but they didn’t have any to offer. We ended up putting a towel on the shower floor to keep her safe. The door to the bathroom makes a very loud clunking sound when slid open. It’s lovely in the middle of the night when someone gets up to use the restroom. Paint is scraped off on both sides, it’s a mess. Bathroom tile has paint all over the trim. It’s definitely not aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast offering included a waffle maker, 2 choices of cold cereal, bananas & yogurt. No toast, pastries, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meat or bagels. It was a pathetic attempt to offer a “free breakfast”. We were in town for graduation, I chose the hotel because it was convenient to family. Another member of our party stayed at the Holiday Inn & had nothing but great things to say even though it was a longer drive. The staff were pleasant for the most part & the beds were comfortable. There is no absolutely no reason for Choice Hotels to have a hotel in this condition. I will never again stay at any hotels under this brand. You can & need to do better.
