Nicely designed hostel located at the end of a quiet street and in front of a small hill with lots of trees. Hostel provides shuttle to the Main Street until 1130 pm. Guests are added to their WeChat and can contact the front desk for the shuttle pick up as and when needed. There are many restaurants near the Main Street and from there, need to walk about 10-15 min to the ancient town . Hostel room is elegant and spacious with separate living room. Breakfast included bun, noodles, corn… etc. we arrived late to bf and the lady cooked everything after we arrived. While we enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel, the walking distance from the ancient town is also something to consider.

They thoughtfully turned on the AC/heating for us before we arrived on a cold night, and even sent some fruit to our room in advance! This is a great place for families, with very detailed and attentive service.

The room was spacious. Although the road to the hotel was narrow, thankfully they offered a golf cart shuttle service, and the staff's attitude was excellent. The only drawback was the shower's hot water temperature and pressure, which were insufficient.

The hotel exceeded our expectations on nearly all points - the service was excellent, the outdoor areas are charming, and the upgraded room was spotless and very comfortable. However, the 'heated outdoor pool' listed on Trip.com did not exist, the 'signature hot springs' were closed, and the sauna was nowhere to be found. We were especially looking forward to the heated pool and were quite disappointed to find out that there was none, especially since the weather was quite cold. Nevertheless, the pleasant surroundings, the quiet yet convenient location, and the very capable and friendly staff made the stay very enjoyable.

European family with 3 kids. With 3 kids it’s always difficult to find a suitable room with 4 beds. Here it was the same. They don’t provide an extra bed but they were trying to find a solution. Either 2 separate rooms or convert the couch into a bed so it worked out well. Chinese breakfast. Clean! Lovely pool, lovely garden, beautiful hotel! Kind service and very responsive. Pick up service from the ancient town whenever we want!

Wonderful. The hotel is beautiful with the stream and goldfish. The staff could not have done more to make our stay perfect. It's a bit of a walk up the hill from the ancient town, but they have a golf buggy you can request to take you. The afternoon tea is a delight and the hotel restaurant served us a delicious dinner.

Fabulous stay at Snowy & Sunny home stay. Staff are all very friendly n helpful. We r served with ginger tea at checkin n checkout. Also served with warm milk in the evening. Very thoughtful gesture. We were also given detailed instruction of how to tour the old town area n where best to take photographs. Location is abt 1-2km outside of old town area, but there is free shuttle bus that took us there. We were upgraded to a suite. Huge bedroom n living room n bathroom. Spacious n clean n very tasteful decor. Breakfast consisted of noodles, congee, dumplings, soybean milk n fruit. Very yummy. Highly recommended home stay!! 👍👍👍

Definitely the best hotel and home stay in Fenghuang. The experience was amazing. The hotel services and hygiene is a 10/10, the staff is so kind and always available. You can feel how big effort they put on the customer experience. By the way, lunch in their restaurant is probably the best in the whole town, amazing produce and cooking technique, the best way to try Hunanese food. The whole team was amazing, but our main host, XiaoYang “小杨”, was so incredible. He really makes you feel special, lever service in town 100% sure. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite nice, located only 1 kilometer from Fenghuang Ancient Town. The hotel is decorated with an artistic flair, offers a plentiful breakfast, and provides a quiet stay. Most importantly, it offers free 24-hour shuttle service to the scenic area – the service is excellent! They even gave us a custom metal bookmark upon check-out – highly recommended!

Environment: True to its reputation as a cultural B&B, the B&B itself is a garden. I originally booked this place for the forest pool, but was unexpectedly drawn to it by the design. Service: Excellent, especially after reading other posts complaining about taxi difficulties, I felt the service was even better. The hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service (included in the room rate). They contacted me a day in advance to confirm the time and help me book a car. (I also want to praise the driver who picked us up; the car was clean, the driver was very skilled, and he gave us a brief introduction to Fenghuang.) I contacted the housekeeper about any needs, and they provided prompt and responsive feedback. Excellent! Distance: It's relatively close to the west gate of Fenghuang Ancient Town. Although the B&B is located on a hill, the B&B provides a shuttle bus, which makes the descent a breeze. The drop-off point is directly opposite the west gate, making exploring the ancient town a breeze. Facilities: Perhaps due to the hillside location, the shower water is a bit small. It would have been even better if this could have been addressed.
