The owner's hospitality began even before we arrived – the air conditioning in the room was already turned on, chasing away the summer heat before we even stepped foot in it. Given the sweltering heat, she made a special effort to come and pick us up, immediately taking our luggage. That proactive and warm gesture instantly dispelled any anxieties I had about arriving in a new place. The room perfectly matched my aesthetic, and I especially loved the small balcony. Sitting there, brewing a pot of tea, watching the river flow and the scenery unfold on the opposite bank, time itself seemed to slow down. Such a thoughtful host and such a comforting spot make this a place worth revisiting, and she's a person worth encountering again.

The room is located just a short distance from Hongqiao, with excellent river views. It's really pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze, and it's comfortable even on a rainy day. Summer rains in the ancient town don't last long anyway. Across the river is a bar street, but the bars close around 11 PM, so it doesn't really affect late sleepers. It's nice to sit on the balcony at night and listen to the music. The owner is very enthusiastic; they picked us up at the entrance and recommended many local specialty dishes, all of which were fantastic. They even thoughtfully reminded us to be careful not to get scammed.

The hotel is located beside the Tuo river, offering an excellent view. The amenities provided were good, and the host very kindly upgraded my room free of charge. The location of the hotel is very good, situated in the centre of Fenghuang ancient town near the rainbow bridge. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable one night stay.

This guesthouse is conveniently located close to Hongqiao and other famous attractions, and the night view is absolutely stunning! The room is spacious and the environment is lovely. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the view and drinking tea was a real treat! The hostess was very warm and communicative, and even went out of her way to pick us up and drop us off at Hongqiao. It would be perfect if the room facilities could be improved even more! Overall, a great experience, I'll definitely come back and recommend it to my family and friends visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town!

Go for it, you won't regret it! The location is fantastic, and the room's terrace is absolutely amazing. The young lady working there was so lovely and incredibly helpful. She even assisted us with our luggage from the car park and patiently gave us detailed tips for sightseeing. A truly wonderful experience!

Although the hotel is located by the Tuojiang River, offering some river views, its location within the ancient city means parking is a hassle. We had to park in a separate lot, which was very crowded and cost 40 yuan a day (the hotel managed to get us a small discount down to 30 yuan). We then had to drag our luggage quite a distance over uneven, cobblestone streets, which was extremely inconvenient, especially traveling with children and seniors. Combined with the crowds during the May Day holiday, the overall experience was quite poor. All these ancient towns seem pretty much the same, indistinguishable from Lijiang or Dali. We might as well have just driven from Tianmen Mountain straight to Changsha – and the room wasn't cheap either. On a positive note, the fish at Gaaizi Restaurant in the ancient city was delicious; we ordered a second helping after finishing the first. The taste was excellent, but definitely skip their chicken – it wasn't good at all.

Staff was super helpful. The hotel room was cozy and clean with spetacilar view of the Tuo River. Noise from the bars nearby could be loud but quiet hours start at 23:30 and so it didn't affect sleep.

Great stay for our group of three! The suite was large, spotless, and very comfortable with two sepwrate bedrooms with ensuites connected by a small landing at the top of the stairs. The large balcony was a great bonus. While the location is ideal for exploring, the standout feature is definitely the service. The staff members are wonderful and even provided us with reccommendationds for restaurants, attractions and photoshops.

The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, providing lots of helpful information. The cobblestone roads in town are quite bumpy, but they offered pick-up and drop-off service and even helped with our luggage, which was a huge relief – honestly, the owner has amazing strength! The hotel environment is very comfortable and cozy. The river view from our room was absolutely stunning. Wishing the owner great prosperity and good fortune!

I always book hotels because I have high standards for cleanliness and room quality. However, when visiting Fenghuang Ancient City, I really wanted to experience staying in a stilt house. I absolutely love the decor of this guesthouse. Upon entering the room, I was impressed by how clean it was. The room quality and facilities are just as good as a hotel's, and the smart room control system is very convenient. The view from the balcony is also incredible, showing how dedicated the guesthouse owner is to running the place. The service was absolutely outstanding; they proactively called us and even met us outside to help with our bags. The guesthouse is located right in the heart of the ancient city, and it's surprisingly quiet at night. The air conditioning was also incredibly powerful! If you're arriving by high-speed train, a taxi from Rainbow Bridge to the guesthouse only takes a few minutes. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!
