Absolute disaster. - our room and facilities are cold - Rooms not cleaned for 3 days - our UPS parcel returned despite the fact that we informed them 3 times about it - they charged us 30% more than the price that we found on Trip.com when we prolonged our stay - better take your breakfast somewhere else Never again

This was my second stay. The room decor was as enchanting as before, but there was an unexpected and very unpleasant snag: I was told that rooms were only cleaned once a week. This meant that anyone staying less than a week wouldn't get a cleaning that involved actual cleaning products and elbow grease - only towel changes and wastebasket emptying, plus the occasional roll of toilet paper. Previously I'd visited during the pandemic, when there was a full cleaning every three days (to minimize the cleaners' contact with guests), but now the hotel was back in full tourist mode, so there was no reason to downgrade the cleaning from infrequent to zero. I travel regularly - in various countries and at various types of hotels - for work, and I have never encountered such a practice at a proper hotel. This is not an Airbnb - it's a large establishment with a hotel section (where I stayed for a number of dayhs) and a longer-term stay section. The height of ridiculousness was when I asked a passing cleaner (no, she was not allowed to clean my room, as it wasn't on her list) if I could get a fresh dish towel for the kitchenette, and she replied, "Ce n'est pas prévu" ("It's not provided for", meaning giving me a fresh towel wasn't on her list, either). I had also asked if I could borrow cleaning products and do my own cleaning, but that was not allowed, either. My eyebrows remain raised.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Geneva and CERN. It is located near Geneva Airport, but we did not hear planes taking off or landing from our room. It is 10km from the Geneva waterfront so is best accessed by car. The rooms are in 3 separate buildings. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There is some food preparation equipment in the room and a kitchenette in the building. There was a good swimming pool near the building we were in. The breakfast offering was reasonable by French standards. There are a number of bar and dining options a short walk up the street. Value for money was good compared to over the border in Switzerland.

Amazing ! Great helpful staff !! Clean rooms! Service !!! Couldnt ask for better - hidden gem - quick stay but more then happy - has many facilities and lounge space in lobby - great for young ppl - i didn’t have time to check the pool or anything ! - also walkin distance to some good food places

I needed a hotel for one night, as my friends were picking up the next day to head to the ski resort. I took the 66 bus from the airport that drop me off six minutes away from the hotel. 45 min bus fr Geneva city centre. Lots of construction in the area. Pleasant hotel, lovely common area, very modern . The room has a kitchenette, which I found pleasantly surprising as I got to make tea and porridge in the morning. The toilet room is separate from the shower room, but that's OK, very spacious, and would love to stay there again .

From the time we entered until the time we left, we were greeted by a friendly staff who spoke both English and French. The two-story family room with a spiral staircase was the best room! There was plenty of space for us to spread out and the beds were comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone flying out of the Geneva airport. It’s a very close proximity and it’s in a cute town where you could walk to a café or restaurant within a quarter mile.

I have been there the last 3 times I travelled to Geneve. Super well located, nice rooms, I think I was in all the different types of rooms, the 2 floors one, the outside one with own terracy and the standard. All of them count with a small kitchen in case you need it.
