Good location - clean rooms - average breakfast. Has parking. Courteous - serious staff. Nice swimming pool. A bit expensive compared to other hotels. Clean but old hotel. Worth of money (5/10)

Very nice hotel top

Bonjour j'ai été déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel car nous avons précisé qu'on était des nouveaux mariés arrivée fatiguée à la chambre il manquait beaucoup de choses. la chambre était vide pas de bouteille d'eau pas de verre pas de chausson chambre plein de poussière. Un hôtel 5 étoiles la chambre devrait être irréprochable. Donc je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.

Hôtel propre en général. Service reste à désirer Personnel sympa mais manque quelque service pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Par exemple à la piscine on nous propose pas dès serviettes

I spent two nights here and I regretted it heavily: Arrival: no single welcome word said and nobody helped us with the luggage, we pulled it our by ourselves from the taxi. Gym: No equipments at all, on two treadmills and bicycle machine thingy. Room: It didn't have towels when we checked-in, and we had to request for it. Amenities: Only two small bottles of water placed, if you want extra is chargeable (35 MAD), My wife got thirsty at night, and we had to go in the middle of the night (1AM) and get it by ourselves outside the hotel. Taxi: in two occasions, I requested reception to help me to get a taxi, with 30 minutes waiting time no taxi, I had to go by myself outside and get taxi which are easily to get. Safe box: We found an item (small umbrella) in the safebox of our room which belongs to a previous guest. Departure: it was one of the weirdest experiences.. No farewell, no feedback, no help with the luggage and I had to go outside of the hotel and get the taxi by myself and comeback to pick up my luggage and my wife. The only exception is the breakfast, I mean the team there are welcoming but the food is average.

Excellent hôtel, great food in all restaurants and the entertainment team are awesome. Room was lovely and clean Lots of excursions available and run directly from the hôtel WE will back certainly, thank you for everything. Best hôtel in Fez

Rooms are dated Bedding uncomfortable Nothing works Wifi is an abomination TV selection didn’t work either Rooms need refurbishment A 2 or 3 star for comfort at best I don’t recommend it. Location is its only plus but there are better hotels nearby. Don’t.

We selected this hotel for our small group tour of Morocco because it was positioned as an upscale property which it is not primarily due to ineffective management. Here is what we experienced: - non caring staff - sub par food in restaurants at all meals ( no fresh fruit, lack of replenishment in buffet) - stains and spills in hallways/public areas that were never cleaned - no porters to assist with luggage Highly recommend selecting a different property if staying in Fez.

It's one of the most useless in all respects, it deserve 5* rating. There are so many negatives: 1. No Bell Boys 2. They don't replenish water bottles or coffee sachets. 3. They don't refill empty dishes for Dinner or B/f. The spread is also very poor. 4. Very rude staff except for Ms. Lisa at the front desk 5. It's way out of town, the only saving grace was the mall next door. The faults can go on n on....

Beautiful Riad at the entrants of the Medina. The lobby entrance is very impressive, decorated with Moroccan artifacts. The room was big, comfortable and nice too. There is a balcony in the second floor. The breakfast was very rich and tasty.
