Hotel berhampiran Parque de Merendas de Calvete, Figueira da Foz

Parque fantástico e bem frequentado. Fui com o meu filho, acampamos em tenda e correu tudo bem. Também se pode ir de caravana ou alugar um bungalow. O parque tem animação para crianças na piscina durante o dia e à noite também. A piscina e os balneários estão sempre cuidados e as refeições no bar também são boas. O parque tem uma porta de acesso à praia que é ótima mas não é vigiada. A única desvantagem é não haver muitas árvores (há mas são bebés), pois um temporal destruiu tudo há cerca de 4 anos. Equipa simpática! Havemos de voltar!

Atendimento quase familiar, ambiente calmo, limpeza excelente, localizado numa zona com vista para a foz do Mondego e para o Atlântico. Estacionamento fácil embora seja a pagar durante a semana. Excelente comodidade do quarto para o preço praticado.

I booked a group sales event. It was challenging bc I had to pre-pay for 1/2 of rooms with cash via a bank transfer. They would not accept credit cards. I asked what would happen if we had less attendees than I’d counted on. They told me not to worry, that I’d receive any reimbursement upon check out. I was owed over 1700 euro. I was NOT paid upon check out. Then I was told that I had to wait for the accounting team to return from holiday. I was not paid then. Then I was told I had to wait until the end of the month. I was also told if I had paid with a card that they would have already done it, (but they wouldn’t allow me to use a card!) As of today, I have not been paid. They also said that I needed to receive my reimbursement in a Portuguese account, despite accepting payment out of an American account. Luckily, I had one. Unluckily, they refused to accept my account info from the internet. So they made me drive to Coimbra to get bank credentials. (Then had another excuse not to pay me.) There have been big wildfires and I drove through one, trying to get to the bank. It was terrifying. It has been 3 weeks. At this point, my emails are not answered and it looks like I will have to sue. The accommodations are fine, but I would strongly recommend against using them for a big group, based on my experience. Waiting for people to return from their holiday to get paid money that is owed?? What??! I waited 3 weeks to write this review, to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m very disappointed. Maybe this is just the way that people do business in Portugal? I don’t know know but it isn’t good. Seems very unprofessional to me. I will never book a big group with them again, nor with any other Ibis affiliate, based on this experience.

Excellent location (across the road from the beach, good marina near by, plenty of restaurants walking distance). Very hospitable and friendly staff, quick and easy check in and out. Newly furbished rooms, very clean, ocean view balcony (I've had a free upgrade curtessy of hotel staff, as ocean view rooms were available). Great money value, affordable prices. Good breakfast. Good food at the restaurant, very good service. Good English spoken. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking available near-by. Rent-a-car facility walking distance. I stayed there twice, and will do again whenever I'm in the area.

What a hotel. Absolutely the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. Checked in on Saturday October 8 for 4 nights. Greeted at the desk by the super friendly clerk and the manager on duty. Walked into our fantastic room on the 8th floor with a wrap around balcony and glass from floor to ceiling providing a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Added to that was a welcoming bottle of champagne. It felt so opulent and luxurious. The online pictures and reviews don't lie. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel also provides a gym and a Turkish bath.

Todo perfecto como siempre. El desayuno es un lujo, la habitación también, todo maravilloso.

Estive no hotel no mês de maio duas noites, funcionários super atenciosos e a limpeza dos quartos bem como da área comum espaço excepcional, pequeno almoço agradável. Tenho a lamentar a piscina interior não estar a funcionar e nem aviso ⚠️ aos hóspedes havia bem como solicitei o serviço de massagem pedi uma massagem de relaxamento e de relaxamento não teve nada o espaço onde era realizado o serviço de spa estava frio e pouco acolhedor escusado será dizer que estava gelada, saí da massagem ... Relaxar foi 0 a quando o fim da massagem em conversa com a massagista onde me foi dito que estava o A/C supostamente avariado!!! Massagem de relaxamento ao friooo nunca ! A única coisa que não recomendo no hotel QH quiaios seguramente é o spa ( há muito a melhor). Quanto ao resto foi uma estadia agradável
