Another fantastic stay at the Ibis Styles Hotel Ronda Figueres. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The location is perfect for walking to Figueres and for driving to see other places in the region. The breakfast offers everything and is tasty. The hotel has several nice common areas where guests can work or gather for conversation. We have stayed in the hotel twice and will definitely stay again.

Buena recepción, muy amables.
Las instalaciones, al menos en la habitación que nos dieron, defectuosas. Hacía bastante calor por la noche y cuando quisimos poner el aire acondicionado, éste no funcionaba y sólo salía aire caliente. Coincidimos en la misma planta que un grupo muy numeroso de jóvenes que ocupaban muchas habitaciones y que durante la madrugada hacían bastante ruido y no nos dejaron descansar bien.

We were in a house in the region, and we were looking for something nice to eat and ended up on the site of this hotel. On their site, Castell Peralada restaurant, which has been awarded a Michelin star, is one of the restaurants where you can eat. Reading about that and the fact that Toni Gerez is now the host there made us decide to book both hotel and restaurant. Upon checking in, we soon found out that the restaurant was not in the hotel, but a 30-minute walk away. I assumed that the hotel would provide transportation to and from the restaurant. Lots of back and forth, and it turned out to be possible. I was obviously surprised that we had to discuss this; a 5-star hotel should have something like this arranged. Also, suggesting something on your site is very misleading when you don't have it. I also did not understand the story that it was in the castle and not in the hotel. Indeed I don't know that the hotel is not a castle. But anyway. Our room was spotless and equipped with a large, comfortable bed and a more than a neat bathroom with a bath and shower. We had a lovely wine at the bar by the pool and then got ready for a lovely evening in the restaurant. As agreed, we were at the reception desk at the appointed time for our shuttle to the restaurant. When I checked in, I was told in no uncertain terms that a shuttle back could not be arranged; they only did that on weekends. It became a back and forth chattered again, and I was fed up; I said I'll arrange it myself, bye! Once at the restaurant, the host Toni Gerez arranged the transportation, and to my surprise, the hotel shuttle showed up again; why all the hassle. By the way, we slept wonderfully. In the morning, we enjoyed breakfast served at the table. The hotel is beautiful and modern; they just need to send the front desk on a course in hospitality that belongs to people who are used to 5-star hotels.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was easy to find and provided several parking options. Beautiful decor and extremely clean in our room and public areas. Reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was so comfortable and provided the biggest bed we have ever slept in! A good size and great to have a balcony. Linen, toiletries etc were of a very high standard. The hotel decor is lovely but it would be nice to see the lounge area made more relaxing. This would be simply done by removing the ‘kitchen’ tables and adding more relaxing seating. This would make such an improvement and would have let us feel happier to sit there. WiFi is excellent. Location excellent. Highly recommended and we will be back! Thank you for our stay Pirineos and thank you for your friendliness.

We had 3 fantastic nights at the Duran. It's very conveniently situated for the Ramblas and for both principal Salvador Dali museums and exhibitions. The hotel is kept impeccably clean, most of the staff are fluent in French and English as well as Spanish. Reception is friendly and helpful at all times, as are all staff around the hotel. The restaurant is traditional and serves a number of catalan dishes, we'll worth eating there at least one evening. Breakfast is very fresh and continuously refreshed .... ham, eggs, cold meats and cheeses etc. Book directly through hotel's own website for best price!

PPengguna TetamuVery comfortable. For a small charge, we were able to extend our stay for 3 hours and thus helped a sickly child. The breakfast was adequate and server super accommodating. Parking was across the street, so bringing our suitcases in was easy.

My wife, dog and I stayed here for one night only, sad to say. As we didn’t want to leave our dog in the room and dogs are not allowed in the Restaurant, the staff organised a special table for us in the bar, without blinking an eye. The service was excellent, the staff were very polite, friendly and spoke English. My wife is vegetarian and menu had a variety of options the she enjoyed. We asked for some Aloli, which the chef made himself. My wife and I both agreed it was one of the nicest Garlic Mayonnaise we have ever had. The following morning we went for breakfast and our dog was allowed in the breakfast room. There was a huge buffet selection and they also offer eggs of you liking from the kitchen. However the Nespresso machine with its wide variety of coffees was the best ever. All in all staying here was a most enjoyable experience and can highly recommend that you stay here.
