Premier Inn Bristol Filton Hotel

The hotel was not the best Premier Inn I have used. There was no restaurant facility and the interior corridors and stairwells felt dark and rundown. Bed, as ever, was very comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. Also, a lift would be useful.

Was not very nice no wifi at all. No tv apps as no wifi. Room was a little dirty and scaffolding outside my window so no real outlook. But the staff on the front desk were amazing. They were so apologetic and did do there best to help. I dont think i shall be going back to filton premier inn.

We were met by a very rude member of staff who told us early check in was not available and to come back at 3 we had a meal booked for 2 so we had to get ready in the car and leave our luggage until we got back after our meal,I was sent an email to say that we could check in early and pay £10 which I was quite happy to do as we had travelled a couple of hours to get there and we had a meal booked for 2pm

This Premier Inn offered all the usual facilities of Premier Inn such as a clean, quiet room, adequate bathroom and an adequate bed and easy check in, check out and payment. We found the pillows were too hard. There is no restaurant directly attached though there are a number of restaurants nearby. It is on quite a large retail park with plenty of parking. The signs from the main road were not clear though it was fairly easy to find the hotel.

We needed a nice place to stay whilst visiting family. I got a very good price for two nights. Lovely comfortable warm room. Large comfy bed and beautiful powerful shower.. Lots of parking and staff very helpful. I would use this Premiur Inn again, Bristol Filton. If people want food there is no resturant so would have to eat somewhere else Lovely quiet stay

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms as usual were clean and tidy. Mr. Spotlight Tedia was super sweet on my checkout. Came for a work trip here. Will come again to visit Bristol. Okay so the review needs to be 200 Characters. Hence the last line.

I happened upon this hotel as I was locked out of my house for one night. My expectations for the room and establishment were average, and I couldn't pick much fault with the room. The heater didn't seem to be working, which made the room really cold the whole time, but all this was eclipsed by my experience with James the next day. Despite spending several hours in the reception area, James never made me feel like I was overstaying or inconveniencing anyone. Instead, he graciously offered me a coffee and a pastry, engaging me in friendly and enjoyable conversation. I don't see myself back anytime soon as I don't plan on being locked out again, but if I am, I know where I'll be heading.

Premeir Inn, Filton, ROCKS!!! The staff are simply amazing! Especially Mr. Tedia and James. Very knowledgeable about thier work. They made sure we were comfortable. Sheets were clean and smelled fresh. The cleaning service were on point. We'll surely be staying here when next we're in Filton.

After being left stranded at Bristol Parkway train station following heavy flooding, I'm grateful I managed to get a room here. Jacqueline who greeted me on evening reception was so kind and polite which really eased me in a stressful situation. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet surroundings so s peaceful night sleep. On my early morning departure, James on reception again was so welcoming, asking me how my stay was and packing me on my way with a hot drink for the long journey back. I couldn't be more grateful and highly recommended Premier Inn, particularly for the warm welcomes.
