We loved our one night stay! Super-comfortable twin room with huge shower, coffee machine and fridge, pool and sauna. Public areas chic and comfortable. Staff helpful and attentive. Swift action when our bathroom tap malfunctioned resolving the problem quickly. Free luggage storage after our stay so we could explore the city before our train to Rennes. Would definitely stay again!

Hôtel rénové ou très récent , déco moderne qui donne envie d'y séjourner. Le personnel est discret mais efficace. A conseiller pour des cours séjours dans Brest car il est dans le centre et surtout desservie par le tramway A qui dessert toute la ville. Le quartier malgré la première impression est finalement calme. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et surtout principalement avec des produits de la région, donc c'est bon, à noter, du vrai jus d'orange pressé, et bien sûr Bretagne oblige, vous aurez droit au quatre quart et crêpes maison.. très sympa.. Si vous êtes militaire (Marine nationale) ou famille de militaire n'hésitez pas à vous faire connaître il y aura une petite réduction.. En conclusion pour un prochain séjour à Brest,on y retournera !!

La décoration et l'aménagement de l'hôtel sont superbes. Des couleurs sombres qui donne une ambiance moderne et classe. La chambre elle même est vraiment très grande et agréable.
En terme d'équipements, une machine espresso et une bouilloire sont disponibles dans la chambre avec 2 dosettes de café et de thé.
Un accès à une salle de sport est possible jusqu'à 21h30.
Le seul bémol : l accès à la piscine payant, 25 e par personne et pour une durée limitée... Dommage. Cela gâche un peu le tableau...

Il y avait des punaises de lit dans la chambre. Je me suis fait piquer durant la nuit et j'ai réussi a en écraser 2. Je l'ai fait remarquer a l'accueil de l'hôtel et au service clients Louvre Hotels dont dépend les hôtels Première Classe. Aucun des 2 n'a voulu prendre en compte mon signalement targuant que le service qualité n'a pas trouvé de punaises et que ce devait être des puces ou des araignées. J'ai quand même bel et bien encore les piqures (caractéristiques des piqures de punaises) Il me semble qu'en ces temps de propagation importante de ces insectes l'hôtel et le service client auraient pu au moins me répondre qu'ils faisaient (refaisaient apparemment) un traitement plutôt que de nier leur présence. On peut remettre en cause le service qualité !

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hôtel, et avons été tout à fait satisfaits de la prestation : bon accueil, calme et petit-déjeuner copieux (nous avons particulièrement apprécié le frozen yogurt !). L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter le pays bigouden et les environs : à l’extérieur de Pont l’Abbé, il est facile d’accès en voiture. Côté pratique : un lieu de restauration rapide et un restaurant se trouvent à proximité. Si vous êtes avec votre chien, un joli chemin champêtre se trouve tout à côté pour ses sorties du matin et du soir. Hôtel simple, mais remplissant les conditions attendues pour notre séjour. Je le conseille.

Everything was clean, but only ceiling is not clean. But I am okay with that.
I arrived the hotel late, but there was information in front of the main entrance with wrong number in English. I was nervous that I can't enter the building, because there isn't way to call the hotel.
But after then, I found correct number in French, and person in charge informed me how can I enter the main entrance. He was kind. (I told it to reception, so she might change it) But I couldn't face the person in charge at around 22:00, and there is only way by call. Anyway, I could easily take a key (It was in the mail box with password) and enter the room.
For the next day, the person in charge at reception was kind. She kept my luggage kindly for my trip.

We were running late for check-in and when contacted by the hotel, arrangements had been made to look after us and there was no issue, we were made feel welcome from the outset. Our rooms were spacious, light filled and beds very comfortable, a great night's sleep was had. The only, minor, negative in my room was that the shower above the bath could have done with a curtain or screen to prevent water spilling onto the floor but as I said it was only a minor glitch. Breakfast was really tasty, pastries and fruit were very fresh, there was lots of choice and we left feeling very satisfied. The location is excellent for strolling into the town centre/to the beach and there is ample secure parking. Our host was extremely helpful and welcoming, talking the time to give us lots of advice and local knowledge. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Roscoff

Ddjertone1983J'ai passé 2 nuits au kyriad Quimper Sud pour affaires. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Laurence et ses collègues pour la qualité de l'hôtel, son emplacement et surtout leur flexibilité et gentillesse. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de mon prochain déplacement du côté de Quimper. Belle continuation à vous et merci beaucoup pour tout !

PPengguna TetamuWhat a fabulous stay we had, from the warm welcome at reception to a friendly goodbye from the team. We had the most comfortable and luxurious room, it was a real home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they recommend places to see, shops and bars to visit. The restaurant is exceptional with a lovely array of dishes. I cannot recommend this well run hotel enough, go and enjoy a friendly environment. Thank you to all the staff.

Par contre, pas dormi de la nuit après l’arrivée d’un couple avec un enfant qui n’a fait que pleurer une grande partie de la nuit… Mauvaise insonorisation. Buffet petit déjeuner bon et complet avec une belle vue. Pour le Check out, nous avons abordé le bruit de la nuit par le Directeur de l’établissement qui a eu d’autres remarques sur ce fait. Ils nous a dit que ce couple s’était excusé. Mais, pas de geste de la part du directeur. Dommage… Bon accueil du directeur le soir au Check-in. Le lendemain, celui-ci semblait débordé (manque de personnel). Dommage !

Ma mère et ma tante ont séjourné chez vous la nuit du 3 septembre 2024. Elles tiennent sincèrement à remercier les réceptionnistes lors de l'arrivée, qui ont été particulièrement chaleureux, attentionnés et professionnels. Elles en ont été profondément touchées. Un grand MERCI à vous!!

So we returned for perhaps our 4th stay,still satisfied with the hotel and staff. This time we decided to go for a suite with seperate lounge area and balcony. This was great as it is nice to sit in your bedroom and relax without having to rest on the bed. We did have one issue with the bedroom this time time,believe it or not the bed was to big!!!! Not for us but for the room we both felt that it was a squeeze in the room,I had to practically fight with the curtains to get in and out of bed.The room number by the way is 217,and other suites are available. Also if staying for a short period and you want to take advantage of the spa ask first to make sure all the facilities are open we found that the sauna was closed which made the steam room a bit crowded at times. Overall we will go back.
