Hotel provides airport shuttle, however difficult to find the pick up point at the airport. Room was very clean with blackout curtains, bed was very comfortable, bad room and shower are very small. Staff at Reception and restaurant is very polite. Swimming and Gym are very modern. Had a late Dinner at the on-site restaurant, delicious with reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning with many choices. Enjoyed my layover and would book it again!

Room was a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was good. The gym was very poorly equipped. Staff were friendly. Shuttle service was good.

We have to spend the New Year 2024 at this place (arrived late at Fuimichino and Tiber looked like the best option in the area). I would say that the location was good, with a partial see view and pretty quiet. I also liked the choice of cafes around (small place serving fresh grilled fish and seafood is really the BEST!). Thought the hotel bar is definitely overpriced. The parking is right in front, you can also use the shuttle bus to Rome which is very convenient and fast. The room was spacious. Buuuut the furniture was definitely and visibly worn out. Guys, please, do smth with it. And the general attitude of the stuff was, let's say, cool. They showed no interest in you. I understand that the hotel is mostly used as a stopover by the travellers so the stuff doesn't bother. But for a NY (and in general) more warmth would change a lot.

My only complaint is my room had kind of strong odor of cigarettes. The staff was nice, helpful and spoke English. The room was nice, small, but nice; I was just looking for a place to sleep after leaving the airport. The location is the biggest plus. It’s just off the Parco Leonardo stop, which is the first train stop after Fiumicino, so it’s really convenient coming from the airport and quick. It’s also set next to a shopping mall. The area is a little dirty and run down around it, but that didn’t bother me. It’s the not the part of Rome you go pictures, but it’s perfect if the first thing you want to do after a long flight is sleep. I should also mention it was cheap but a great deal for what you get.

This hotel doesn't live up to the standards I've come to expect from Hilton. The only real positive for this facility is the location. If you need a hotel near the airport, as I did, it's very convenient and has a round the clock reliable shuttle. Upon arrival and waiting to check in (and we did have to wait as there weren't enough people at the front desk) we noticed a musty smell in the hotel. Okay, it's July and it's hot and humid, but it's not what I'm accustomed to when checking into a Hilton (my favorite chain). The room was clean, yet some of the musty smell was there too. The bathroom was well appointed but the shower ( a tub with a partial glass wall) didn't prevent the room from flooding a bit after both showers. I've used showers with partial wall enclosures before and not encountered this issue. We wound up laying down all the towels so the floor wouldn't be wet and slippery. The bed was comfortable (I love the bedding in Hilton facilities) but some of that humidity made the bed feel almost damp when I got in. The worst aspect of this facility is the restaurant, and unfortunately you're kind of hostage to eating there. There aren't any other options around. Both the dinner and the breakfast were beyond disappointing. Poorly cooked and somewhat tasteless meat at dinner. Practically no vegetables alongside the meat. As far as the breakfast buffet, skip it if you can and eat at the airport, you'll be there in just a few minutes. Eggs so runny it looked like soup. An assortment of sweets that didn't tempt me in the least, all looked overly sugary and coated. Yech. Along with the buffet you could order an omelet, which we both did. It took 15 minutes for the omelets to arrive (and oh yeah, we had a plane to catch!) and these too were disappointing. And the coffee I got at the airport was better than what they had at the buffet. All in all, a very disappointing end to what was otherwise a wonderful vacation in Italy.

This place provided a great two bedroom suite for three of us to rest our weary heads! It might not work well for all travelers of 3 because the access to the bathroom was through the smaller bedroom. The owner speaks English and was very accommodating. He was so kind and helpful. The room we were in was within a locked gate making us feel very secure. I was delightfully surprised when I initially walked in the room. The shower was bigger than most that we experienced in Italy. Dining in the walkable area is limited but doable. A/C in each room worked well. Refrigerator had to be turned on when we arrived but worked fine. TV in the main bedroom. It is located on a side street but because of it's proximity to the airport the planes fly very low overhead.

Customer service was very poor. We were promised help in getting a local cab from the airport but got no answer (from the 24-hour reception) when we called looking for the cab. So we had to wait 45minutes at 3am to get a cab. On arrival we were told breakfast would run until 10:30am which was welcome after our Kate arrival. On arriving down at 10:25, a rather rude staff member told us breakfast finished at 09:30 and only relented when we said what we’d been told at 3:30am. We also got hit for city taxes even though the booking (on Agoda) said the payment included all taxes. We won’t be back.

Seccy Hotel is a quaint and charming gem of a boutique hotel that we would stay at again in a heartbeat. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride to the airport, yet a few steps from the main drag of Fiumicino - a delightful working fishing harbor with a beachy Roman feel, lined with restaurants and outdoor seating. We dined al fresco watching the fisherman unload their fresh catch. The hotel staff was friendly, genuinely courteous and helpful, the decor charming, the room immaculate and well appointed with comfortable beds and an updated bathroom having plenty of hot water in the shower. There is a shuttle that runs to the airport but due to our early departure the hotel arranged for a private taxi, which was right on time and reasonably priced. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent as well and they set it up a bit early so that those of us with early departures can grab a cup of coffee and bite for breakfast before leaving. Whenever we need to overnight by the Rome airport, we will be booking at the Seccy hotel. So much better than the Hiltons, and Best Westerns and all of the other chain airport hotels that are located in food deserts. We've stayed at many of them on different trips and much prefer the Seccy.

This is quaint little hotel right by a very happening street in Fiumicino. We have stayed there twice and had a fun time walking around and also sleep well knowing we were only a ten-minute drive to the airport. This is the part of Fiumicino where the river runs out into the sea, with two drawbridges across it, great gelato, a dozen nice places to eat and drink, a superb little ostrecheria/enoteca, and even a short walk to the beaches south of the river mouth. The staff were great [both of them] and the room was fine; we even had a great covered balcony looking out on the Tiber this time!

Owner, Oscar, was so helpful and accommodating. Very pleasant and spacious rooms at the top floors. Quiet residential area. Only 3 Kms to airport and Main Railway Station, Appetizing breakfast and just around the corner you find Numerous top class fish restaurants. Fishing port with a 10-minute walk to beach. Very pleasant t small house-hotel and excellent local transport into Rome city. Highly recommend Hotel Villetta especially if you prefer to stay outside of the buzzing inner city,
