Hotel Fleet dengan Sarapan

This is such a beautiful building, with all the features you would expect from an older establishment. It has an excellent location within walking distance to town. Food is delicious and varied. However, the real excellence is the dedication, hard work and attention to detail that every single member of staff take to make you as welcome and comfortable as possible. Everyone we encountered was ready with a smile. On a personal note, The Lismoyne have just hosted our wedding and we couldn't be happier. They accommodated our requests without hesitation and easily made this an amazing experience, for both us and all of our guests. Big thanks to one and all but especially Kim and Sheila.

Our stay at this hotel left mixed emotions. On arrival the check in machine did not work, and no staff to be seen. Room was comfortable and clean as all other Premier Inn’s we have previously visited. The evening meal was shambolic and so was the service provided. The lady with the short red hair clearly did not know what she was doing. The poor cook seemed to have no support yet delivered a perfect meal. Breakfast the next morning was the opposite, we were greeted by Linda and later by Joe who apologised for the awful service we received the night before, the breakfast cook Cristina was also lovely. In the future we won’t be recommending this hotel to others but would visit again ourselves skipping the evening meal and staff.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Room was very clean, shower was great! Breakfast included in the stay which included a decent range of food, they also had ‘to go’ bags and cups which I thought was a nice touch! Overall perfect for a business trip!

Depressing place at motorway services. I had asked for a quiet room as I was travelling for work. One had not been given however the front desk gentleman was happy to move me. It proved to be a false economy though, since the noise from the room above was extremely annoying. I’m not sure what some people seem to do in hotel rooms – sounded like they were just pacing up and down between seven and midnight! Otherwise a clean and basic stay. Bed reasonably comfortable. Won’t stay again as I’ve stayed here two or three times now and I’ve never been really satisfied.
