I’ve stay at this location many times. Staff is always friendly, they know me by name. I usually get to check in early. The room are starting to show their age as last refresh was in 2006. Still a nice place to stay. It’s close to the freeway, stores, and food.

Front desk service is good. Just average room clean Bathtub water valve did not working properly. No hot breakfast was provided. But enjoyed very good coffee machine.

The bathroom ceiling had rust on it the toilet paper holder broke in my hands and the tub didn't hold water which wasnt horrible but I needed a hot bath to relax and it wouldnt hold water! The room itself was neat and nice but the tv didnt have instructions so no idea what could watch.

Furniture had white spots everywhere, sheet had melted chocolate on it, at 1st look the room looked really good but housekeeping isnt trying to do anything but essentials, lock for room was missing, beds were not very comfortable.

The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure that we were taking care of even though we had messed up our reservation

Good value. Clean room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room located on freeway side so it was a little noisy. Hotel recommended Lighting Taxi. They charged me $40 for a 2.4 mile ride.

Waited 10 minutes before anyone even came to the desk, and the lady was not friendly whatsoever.

I love the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, the room was nice and clean, and it was quiet. I didn’t like how small the parking lot was but the other things were pretty good

The highway traffic noice is significant. It is a shame that there is not a noise (and view) barrier along the backside of the motel that faces the highway.

Our shower was dirty and the water leaked onto the whole bathroom floor, and even into the carpet of our bedroom. The food was not good for breakfast.

This is the best motel in my opinion. The staff are amazing and the lady that serves the breakfast is so sweet and always willing to lend a helping hand. They make sure to make me feel like I'm at home, but even better.

lodged a complaint of dirty comforter, front desk girl wanted me to pick up another one from the front desk, which turned out to be the mattress protector, couldn't sleep all night on a cold winter night, next morning requested gentleman manager at front desk, who gave me a bed cover, I asked him to have someone look at the comforter I was provided with, he didn't care and told me to leave the dirty comforter outside the room. dirt behind the room entrance door every corner of the room and bathroom.

Blood stain on the carpet. All the water from the shower flowed onto the carpet in the main room.

Our firsts stay here a few months ago was fine, this time not so much. No pillows available for the fold out bed were available and they would not take any from the unoccupied rooms. 2 towels in a room that you sell listed for up to four people. Bed was horrible, parking was limited. Won’t be back.
