The place is lovely with overseeing a museum.The surrouding area is really out of a romance movie.Although we had an incident trust me the host Francesca is one of the most gracious,honest,responsible and lovely lady who handle her business with her life.This is her pride and joy.There's an old world charm to her place.We will be back to support her when we come over to florence again.Miss Francesca we want to request to play with your cats when we come over okay.We love you and your place.See u soonest arriverderci!!!!

The service is excellent and very informative

The location is good, next to the art gallery, and there are tourists queuing under the window early in the morning🤭5 minutes walk to the Florence Cathedral. The room is large, the decoration is very Renaissance style, and all kinds of living utensils are available. It is not worth it to check out early in Italy. His house is 10 am.

This is the most cost-effective family hotel I have stayed in when traveling in a big city in Europe. It is located right opposite the Uffiz Gallery, a two-minute walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and a 20-minute walk from the train station. The room is super large and high, with good lighting. The bathroom provides simple toiletries and is cleaned and replaced in a timely manner. The small kitchen can be used for simple cooking. The landlord is an Italian lady who speaks English. She is warm and kind. Because the room was empty on the day we arrived, we were allowed to check in at 9 o'clock in the morning. When we left, she also helped us store our luggage for most of the day. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay experience. I will probably stay here again next time.

The room is very big. The location is excellent. The Academy of Fine Arts is right outside. People line up to see the David sculpture.

Very good local housing unit, big and beautiful, but not close to the railway

The location is very convenient and the room is large. This is not a hotel, it is a family room with a kitchen for use. The disadvantage is that the heating pipe in the bathroom is not heated. It is said to be stipulated by the government, but I don't know anyway. The elevator is surprisingly slow, so slow that I doubt it. Life, but also its characteristics, overall good

Palazzo Alfani was the perfect place for our four nights in Florence. The apartment was very clean and modern with plenty of space for the four of us. You can't beat the location - right across from the Galleria dell’Accademia and easy walking distance to other central city attractions. Tons of great restaurants, cafes, and markets all around. We would definitely stay here again.

Where to start! Francesca was so very kind and helpful from the very first moment we booked, and was so sweet, she even upgraded us! She even gave us her list of favourite local places to eat at - and we did have the BEST Bisteca Fiorentina of our lives thanks to her recommendation, at Osteria da Ganino! The apartment was absolutely beautiful and it made us feel like we lived in Italy as locals - our view overlooked a small courtyard with lemons growing abundantly, the smells of which wafted up! And the location was the most perfect ever - Michaelangelo's 'The David' was literally across the doorway! We even managed to get in at 6pm without any lines to see perhaps the world's most iconic sculpture! Other must-see attractions were a 20 minute walk away at most, which made it so easy! The apartment was beautiful, tastefully furnished and well stocked - we could not ask for any more! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Florence experience! Grazie Mille Francesca!

This was an outstanding location . The apartments were spacious, clean and modern! Francesca Alfani was extremely accommodating, helpful and resourceful. We were a 15 minute walk to the train station and could see the duomo from our window! We visited the grocery store a lot and it was conveniently located two doors down.

Francesca was great with communication and texting, its right next to Academia and everything is easily walkable. Apt is huge and 2 bathrooms was convenient for 4 of us. Would highly recommend and definitely be back if we return. Highly recommend !!!

We had an excellent experience here. The host is pleasant and extremely helpful. Spacious rooms, very well decorated and great history. I am definitely coming back here. We only stayed 3 nights but next trip it will be at least a week.

Stayed for 5 days. Hotel is just across the street from the major tourist attraction. Steps to Cathedral and to all Florence sightseeing jewels. 2 room suite; quiet and efficient A/C; fully equipped bathroom. Very friendly staff. Will gladly stay there again when in Florence.
