Hotel was clean and the situation is very good. we liked it. hope to stay again.

Very close to the train station, old town, and many restaurants with a beautiful square and market nearby, this location is ideal for people who want to enjoy their holiday in Florence. Close to all the major attractions and quiet at night with blackout curtains, as well as courteous staff, this hotel over delivered. Their breakfast croissant choice alone was staggering, and they catered to all needs. The room itself was comfortable and the blackout curtains were a nice surprise. This picture doesn’t do the room justice, but I was too busy enjoying it to take more. Thanks again!

Lovely hotel, just around the corner from the main sights and the river. Very welcoming and recently decorated.

衞生：床單每天更換，起碼看起來床乾淨一些。 設施：衞生間的浴室非常小，一個人都轉不開，水龍頭也是壞的。 環境：非常吵，臨街可以聽到樓下人喊叫聲和汽車開回開的聲音。

優點：酒店位置比較好，從火車站出來步行五六分鐘可以到達酒店，房間面積可以，不算小，早餐中規中矩。 缺點：設施比較老，淋浴房下水不暢，馬桶反味，隔音很差，馬路上過車、樓上挪椅子、走廊有人全部都有聲音，晚上睡眠會不太好。 入住時問前台minibar怎麼收費，因為沒有價格表，告知除了水以外都收費，喝了兩瓶飲料到退房時卻告知所有飲品都不收費。

早餐單調、而且還有提供前一天剩下的蛋糕（因為很硬）。地點離火車站有距離，有行李箱很不方便，因為很多石頭磚的路。
