Florence ambience in classical hotel palace

Amazing experience

This St. Regis is located in an old building; it's beautiful, with murals and antique furniture everywhere, giving it a vintage feel. However, my butler was Black, and I felt the service was just average. They didn't even provide children's bathrobes or slippers. For a five-figure night, the Arno River view room, with a view of the iconic Old Bridge, is still worth the price. The complimentary bread rolls from the room service were delicious.

The hotel was perfect in every way, from the scenery to the detailed service to the location. I will use it again on my next business trip. I highly recommend it.

Because the previous stop, St. Regis Venice, left us with a great impression, we thought that St. Regis Florence would be just as good, but it was not what we expected. We stayed for three nights in a row. On the first night, halfway through the shower, I started to have tears and runny nose, and it became difficult to open my eyes. I sneezed many times. I must be allergic to something. After leaving the bathroom, it got a little better. On the second night, it continued, and it was even worse than the first night. I don’t know if I am allergic to the detergent used in the bathroom. I asked the room attendant to flush the shower room. On the third night, it was still the same. Halfway through the shower, I started to have tears and runny nose, and I couldn’t open my eyes. Fortunately, I only stayed for three nights. After leaving Florence, I arrived at St. Regis Rome, and the symptoms disappeared immediately.

Good location, good environment, good service, good breakfast

I booked a river view suite, and there is a balcony in the picture. The room I stayed in did not have a balcony. The front desk said that they need to call in advance to confirm that there are not many rooms with balconies. It is recommended that Ctrip make it clear on the page. The location of the hotel is good, the bathroom and supplies in the room are only four-star level, and the lobby is a bit special. Few choices for breakfast, four-star quality

Although it is one of the best hotels in Florence, the hardware is far worse than the domestic five-star hotel. . . It has a long history, rich cultural background, and meticulous service (free red wine and nuts in the room). But the five-figure price feels like paying IQ tax🤣

還不錯…就是老外的很難溝通，跟他説我定的有陽台的房間…讓我在房間等40分鐘不迴應。就很差
