The hotel is ao nice and rustic, authentic Italian. The staff are so welcoming. The hotel is a little way from the centre but there is a good tram service a few minutes walk. The only fault with the hotel is the hot water isn't very hot, so luke warm showers, other than that, perfect

A magnificent place! Superbly located, with easy tram access to the city center/train station and the airport, running every 5 minutes. The rooms are huge, and the garden is stunning; everything is very stylish, an aesthetic orgasm!

This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The scenery is stunning, and our room offered an incredible view with a very high ceiling that let in beautiful natural light. I particularly loved the thoughtful design: having a private terrace was a wonderful touch, and falling asleep while gazing at the stars from the bed was magical. Watching the river flow by was so peaceful. The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient, but my absolute favorite spot was the sofa—I truly cherished the time spent there. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were diligent, sincere, and kind-hearted. Even the breakfast was perfectly suited to my taste. I love Florence, but what I loved most were the people here. I sincerely hope this place can always remain as it is now—a true sanctuary in the world.

A lovely place with warm and helpful staff. I loved the design of the living room and the overall property. It creates a relaxing environment. While the location is a bit outside the city center, there’s a tram station nearby that gets you downtown in just 15 minutes. The only thing that could be improved was the pool, which was left dirty in the morning after it rained the night before. A more prompt cleaning would make this place even better.

The hotel is pretty good overall, but the TV and carpet in the room definitely feel a bit dated, giving it an old-fashioned vibe. The garden is beautiful, though it's a shame you can't sit on the lawn. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but what they offer is delicious and well-presented.

Although it's not in the city center, it's only a 4-stop train ride (a few minutes) to get there. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. On our last day, when they heard we had an early departure, they even offered to prepare a breakfast basket for us so we wouldn't miss out. The only issue for me was that our 'E' room was directly opposite the reception and next to the main entrance. Every time someone entered or exited the hotel, the loud slamming of the door would disturb us, and we could also clearly hear guests talking at reception. This was quite inconvenient for us as we like to sleep in. Guests who enjoy late mornings should definitely avoid this room.

Lovely, spacious place in Florence. Very conveniently located near the city centre and train stations. Appreciate the promptness in replies when we had questions and requests during the stay.

Excellent stay in late October 2024. Location is great if you want to be away from the busy centre. Only a 15 minute walk down canal to reach main centre of Florence & Riva lofts also offer bikes (we walked). Room was very spacious, quiet and a trendy decor. Gorgeous buffet breakfast but also offer eggs and pancakes to order!

Excellent, the environment is particularly good, and the room is also very nice, but for some reason the skylight can't be closed.

A fantastic hotel! Since we arrived quite late, the front desk had already left us the key for self-check-in, which was very thoughtful. The bed in the room was just the right firmness and very cozy! Our room also had a small balcony, perfect for stargazing at night. The breakfast area was truly beautiful! I initially thought the hotel's location was a bit out of the way, but it's actually very convenient for transportation; you can take the T1 tram to and from the old town or to the train station. This is a very small and exquisite courtyard hotel; in China, it would be called a guesthouse. The location is far from the city center, but there's a bus stop within 300 meters that provides direct access to the city center, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, and have heating. The restaurant is particularly beautiful.

The location wasn't too bad, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest tram station. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the walls were super thin! I could hear everything the person next to me was saying. 😂 The breakfast area had a classic atmosphere and was very nice. ✨️ There weren't many options for the buffet. But be aware that reception is only staffed until 7pm!

Charming and welcoming place, friendly and polite staff. Close to the center, just a short walk away. Bicycles are available for use. Very clean and well-kept rooms.

The room was spacious; they even gave us a loft room with two bedrooms! It's also very convenient to get to the city center. Tram 1 takes you to the main train station. The hotel has beautiful riverside scenery in the mornings and is very well-equipped.
