Ulasan Hotel Eden

Very noisy till 4 am every day. The hot shower water on and off and we get cold once the hot water stop. The second person got to wait 1 hour only can shower.

Everything was good but I remind you that the toilet is private but not in-room(I booked one person room). It’s quiet uneasy but it’s acceptable.

Safe in room not securely fixed, it can be removed. No amenities provided except towels and toilet paper.

It is in downtown of Florence. Walking distance to all sightseeing places. The room is quite small though.

The room was small. The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough.

The location is near the train station and safe. The service was great and helpful.

Staff was friendly upon check in and check out, allowed me to check out late by one hour. Room was a good size. Nice location, close to many other places. Would return!

Very close to SMN train station, 10 minutes walk. There are many restaurants and shops nearby The room is quite standard, the bathroom facilities are very new The service is OK

Not as good as a youth hostel, not worth the price, I will definitely buy cancellation insurance when booking a hotel next time!

This is now the fourth time we have stayed at Hotel Eden and as always everything is perfect. Very clean room and bathroom, kind and helpful staff, perfect location. Every time I have the opportunity to go to Florence I will try them first.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was good and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and I was able to communicate in English. Thank you!

1. The small hotel at the train station is dirty, messy, poor, old, broken and small. 2. The hotel you booked is not the one you live in, so you should sell your pigs to the hotel next door 3. The C-HOTEL next door is better than it, the price is lower, and it also includes breakfast

The hotel we stayed in was not the one on the navigation, but a hotel like a B&B opposite the navigation. I felt that the experience in Florence was very bad and chaotic. I will not come again next time.
