The location was conveniently situated close to the SMN station terminal, making it easily accessible. Thank owner was exceptionally hospitable and friendly. The room was well-stocked with food and maintained in a clean environment. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay.

離火車站步行10分鐘，但是不嘈雜。房間超級大，非常乾淨，我11點進酒店，馬上給了鑰匙，不像其他歐洲酒店要三點入住。兩個工作人員非常好。幫忙拿行禮。我訂了雙人間一人入住，未婚夫晚上10到了酒店。辦理入住沒找到工作人員。本來兩人入住的話價格要加收價格，老闆沒有收差價，衹交了兩人城市税。非常感謝。希望有機會再來住。 酒店價格非對於佛羅撒來説很便宜，設施很新，還備了水果和食物飲料，非常貼心。 It takes 10 minutes to walk to the railway station, but it's not noisy. The room is super large and very clean. I checked in at 11 o'clock and was given the key immediately. Unlike other European hotels which require check-in at 3 o'clock, this hotel does not have such a requirement. The two staff members were very nice. They helped me carry my luggage. I booked a double room for one person to stay. My fiancé arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock at night. I couldn't find the staff when checking in. Normally, the price would be increased if two people stay. The boss didn't charge the difference but only paid the city tax for two people. Thank you very much. I hope to come and stay again sometime. The hotel price is very cheap for Forsa. The facilities are very new and there are fruits, food and beverages provided. It's very considerate.

因為去的比較晚，自助入住，遲遲沒有收到如何自助入住的郵件。又因語言問題溝通好久，最後找攜程聯繫開門。房間出乎意料，比想象中的要好很多，房間寬敞，感覺非常乾淨。

場所は主要駅から徒歩10分ほどのため良い。 課題は、スタッフが常時いないこと。 ホテルの到着時間を予め伝えていなかったため、ホテルに到着後、すぐに入ることができなかった。 ホテルビルの玄関扉、ホテル内への出入り口、個人ルームの３つそれぞれの鍵を渡される。そのため、出入りに関してはとても面倒くさい。 朝食は各部屋にスナックや簡易的なパン、インスタントコーヒー類が用意されている。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで良かったが、利便性の面を考慮すると、全体的にはやや不便。

I had a wonderful stay in Florence! The room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The owners were kind and welcoming, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location was ideal: easy to reach by tram and within walking distance of the city center. Perfect for exploring the city without any hassle. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again!

Great B & B with a short walk to the station and city centre. Room 201 was very spacious, with a moden bathroom and powerful shower. Large comfortable bed, Safe, fridge stocked with drinks, milk, butter and yoghurt. A tray with packaged sweet treats. Sockets by the bed, warm radiators and good Wi-Fi. Also access to the shared kitchen with plenty of fruit, bread, yoghurts and cereal, as well as hot drinks throughout the day, which was most welcome. You can also store your bag if leaving later. The passing trains didn't disturb me. Only negative was due to the industrial view you could not open the shutters to see outside, so the room was very dark with no natural light which felt a bit claustrophobic. Filippo was an attentive host, with good self check in instructions and he is on site for anything else you require. Good value for money.

Friendly, helpful, spotlessly clean & very close to train station. The breakfast that was supplied in our room was very generous & a great selection plus you could find more fruit & toast in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay there, the only downside was the steps but the staff carried all our luggage upstairs.

My wife and I stayed at the B&B Le Ghiacciaie and completely enjoyed our stay. Filippo provided excellent directions including a Google maps link on how to get to the hotel from the train station. We had a beautiful balcony view from our room, and the location was convenient to the main sights of interest in Florence. The breakfast basket in the room was well-stocked, with extras and fresh fruit in the kitchen area. The hosts helped us with our bags during check-in and check-out and were very helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B io e mia moglie dal 24 al 27 aprile u.s.. La struttura è situata vicino alla stazione dei treni (10 minuti) e al centro (15 minuti), quindi in posizione comodissima. Gli ambienti sono nuovi e puliti. La colazione è discreta. Il gestore è cordialissimo, gentilissimo e preciso nel fornire le informazioni utili al soggiorno. Se dovessimo ritornare a Firenze, sicuramente ci ricorderemo di questo B&B.

Posto centrale vicino alla stazione non si sentono rumori Camere pulite e nuove con colazione abbondante sia in camera che all 'entrata. Gestore molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza Consigliato ed economico Buon posto

Che dire ci questo piccolo b&b ? ci siamo trovati benissimo Si trova vicinissimo alla stazione ( ma non si sentono i treni e non danno fastidio ) praticamente a piedi dalla stazione sono 15minuti. E per arrivare nel cuore di Firenze, sempre a piedi son 20minuti. Si puo' utilizzare il sottopassaggio, e trovarsi subito vicino al centro. Si trova in una palazzina di due piani, tranquilla, silenziosa. Camera, molto spaziosa, letto comodo. Frigo bar in camera con all'interno : tè, succhi frutta, burro, yogurt. Tutto compreso nel prezzo. Sul tavolo trovate cestini con ogni sorta di cosa: noi ci siamo fermati 3 notti ed abbiamo trovato tre cestini, con in ognuno: croissant alla marmellata e al cioccolato; pacchi di biscotti, pacchi di fette biscotate, pancake. Bustine per tè, caffè, orzo, caffè decaffeinato, camomilla. Zucchero, cucchiaini, bollitore. Bottigliette d'acqua. Bagno piccolino ma nuovissimo e accessoriato, con set cortesia. Chicca per noi è stato il balcone :-) con due sedie, rampicante di gelsomino, fili per stendere. Al ritorno a sera, è stato un vero piacere sederci al fresco. Camera con AC Nel b&b ci sono in tutto 4 camere. A colazione anche frutta fresca. All'arrivo l'host, gentilissimo, ci ha dato le dritte giuste per mangiare :-) e una cartina di Firenze, molto utile
