Unfortunately, during your stay there was a temporary issue with the fire safety system, which is required by law to ensure our guests’ safety. The alarm malfunctioned unexpectedly, but we addressed it immediately to minimise the inconvenience. Regarding breakfast, we would like to clarify that we serve freshly baked bread every morning, so we are surprised to hear about any issue with mold and will investigate this carefully. Our eggs are freshly prepared on request to preserve their quality and avoid the use of heating trays, which tend to dry the food. When possible, we are pleased to serve eggs from our own hens, although their production naturally cannot cover the full demand. Coffee and cappuccino are also made to order by our staff, as we prefer to prepare them fresh for each guest rather than using automatic machines. As you kindly mentioned, you appreciated the gardens, the views, and the welcome from our staff, which in our opinion seem to outweigh the negative aspects described. Therefore, we feel that such a low rating may not entirely reflect your overall experience—especially if there were some misunderstandings regarding the breakfast service. We sincerely regret that these aspects affected your impression of our hotel, and we hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
