Not bad, good value for money

No lift, need to walk up 4 floors with big luggage, very tough for a girl and they won’t help! Room very standard and outside the corridors very scary and not clean!

The hotel was perfectly located, like right in the centre. 1 minute walk to the Dome. I really enjoyed my stay in Florence. The staff was nice. The hotel was fairly clean and the shower was really good. However, the bed was horrible. I felt every mattress spring on my whole body, it was very uncomfortable. Not to mention the walls are paper thin. I stayed 4 nights and the first 2 were fine. However, the last 2 nights a Brazilian couple checked in to the room next door, and I could hear EVERYTHING they said or did as if they were in my room standing next to me. I had to use a white sound machine to black out their noise. Important to mention, they don't turn on the heat or AC unit until later November (according to what the staff said), and it was cold during the night. Also, I got assigned a room in the last floor: floor 4. And there's no elevator and the stairs are steep. So I had to climb 4 floors with my suitcase which was kind of a struggle. Other than that, I would really recommend this hotel because of the price and the location. There's a lot of good restaurants across from the hotel too.

Very good location in the centre and few meters away from attractions and facilities

Удобно расположен, хорошая транспортная развязка, приветливые сотрудники. В номере чисто, но, к сожалению, душновато. Крутые ступени.

Прекрасный номер. Тихий, все в наличии. Тепло. Хороший напор воды. Из минусов отсутствие лифта и я поздно увидела, что при заезде после 9 надо платить 20€. Знала бы, за общую сумму платы (сумма за ночь + эти 20€) взяла бы другой отель с лифтом и завтраком

明るくて清潔な部屋と、フレンドリーなスタッフが迎えてくれました。主要な名所や駅が徒歩圏内で、観光に大変便利な場所に位置しています。3泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。

階段しかなく手伝ってもくれないためスーツケースを持って部屋に行くことはとても大変だった。それ以外はとてもおすすめしたいホテルです。

環境不好不壞，一般般，這個環境價格偏高了，但地理位置不錯

La habitación limpia, los trabajadores muy amables y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, todo la zona turística está cerca. Lo recomiendo.

就還行吧，主要是位置好，離火車站跟聖母百花教堂都特別近，房間條件一般般，但配得上這個價，我訂的時候700多一晚還算划算

酒店位置方便，前往各個景點都不用太多時間。房間寬趟舒適，有冷氣可以消暑，即使靠近馬路，關窗亦不嘈吵。唯一是浴室企缸和面盆去水極慢，需要改善。
