"객실과 욕실이 매우 큰편이고 바로 앞에 강이 있어 야경이 멋집니다 피렌체대성당까지는 1키로 정도 떨어져있고 우피치미술관과 가깝습니다. 체크인시 짐도 옮겨주시고 객실 사용방법을 설명해주셔서 좋았습니다. 바우처에있는 도시세를 꼭 확인하여 퇴실시 납부해야합니다. 조식의 종류는 많진않고 커피는 매우 맛있었습니다. 직원들 모두 친절했습니다. 호텔내에 bar가 있지만 레스토랑은 없으니 참고해야합니다."

"位置巨好！ 從機場出來2分鐘坐A2到終點站，下來走七八分鐘就到了。右手邊就是迷你家樂福超市，買啥都很方便，去看大衞塑像5分鐘步行，聖母百花大教堂六七分鐘，周圍網紅餐廳很多，真的一日可以輕輕鬆鬆玩遍翡冷翠！去主火車站也是步行距離，還會路過佛羅倫薩的中國街～
設施：非常古樸經典又乾淨，浴衣也很軟，一進門的大雕塑瞬間氛圍打滿！公共空間也很棒！
服務：早餐真的很棒棒，也是一家網紅餐廳。8am開門，味道超級好，更是出片聖地哇。
屋主奶奶好漂亮，就住樓上，而且超級細心地有關注到我們的行程，因為去威尼斯是早班火車，趕不上餐廳開門，又不能takeaway，但是有準備breakfast box給我們，打印在漂亮的紙上跟我們溝通，真的太好啦。對佛羅倫薩的印象超級好！"

Ample cabinet and wardrobe space together with work table and another dining table. Nice private balcony too. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

WWanderlust SuA very updated hotel with a unique shower as shown in picture. It is conveniently located. Outside our room was a view of the tram station. We did not take it because the hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. We loved the breakfast as there was a pancake making machine.

CCJ W.If u are driving, pls pls use the hotel private parking!! It only costs eur 30, but it is absolutely worth it.
First, as a visitor we can only park in blue line area outside of hotel, the rest is for local residence. For parking the whole day, u will need to pay around 25 eur in blue line area, BUT with high risk of people break in ur car and steal stuff, it happened to us unfortunately :(
However, besides the incidence which nothing do with the hotel, we love the stay with this hotel great location with very good price and spacious room. Recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

Ttung tung shamDuring my recent trip to Florence, I had the pleasure of staying at the Anglo American Hotel. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, and I would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers.
First and foremost, the location of the Anglo American Hotel is superb. Situated in the heart of Florence, it offers easy access to the city's major attractions, including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery. The hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city on foot and truly immerse myself in its rich history and culture.
The hotel itself has a charming and elegant ambiance. The interior is tastefully decorated, combining classic elements with modern touches. The common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, are inviting and provide a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The staff at the Anglo American Hotel deserves special praise. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had, and their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in helping me navigate the city and discover hidden gems.
My room at the hotel was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities, including a flat-screen TV and minibar, met my expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff.
While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, it does offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of local cheeses and cured meats.
One minor drawback was the absence of a fitness center or spa facilities within the hotel. However, the staff was helpful in providing information about nearby fitness centers and wellness options, ensuring that guests have access to these amenities if desired.
In summary, my stay at the Anglo American Hotel Florence was a delightful experience. The prime location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations contributed to a memorable visit to this beautiful city. While the absence of certain amenities was a minor drawback, it did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel. PPengguna TetamuVery pleased with my stay. Hotel kindly upgraded me from a Single Room to a Double Room in low season in November, which is really nice.
The room is spacious, with good natural light, double glazed windows and good ventilation/air con/heating. Toilet with stand shower is of a good size as well, not too small and cramped.
Hotel location is super close to the central station in Florence, around 5 mins walk only to it, which is very ideal for travellers arriving into Florence by rail.
It's slow walkable to pretty much all attractions (within 15-25 mins), so is a good place to base yourself in for a short stay.
Similar to many hotels in Italy, there are a few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to get you up to your room.
Check-in process is smooth and complimentary breakfast is decent. I especially love the coffee and jucie machine and pancakes offered. It'd be great if besides scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meats like sausages can also be offered. They do have some basic cold cuts and cheese and ham as well, yogurt, and cornflakes, it's a more diverse continental breakfast, which is great for a 3 Star Hotel.
As the hotel is very close to the Train Station, you do hear trains / trams passing through from the streets, but the noise level is acceptable with the double glazed windows' insulation.
I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

PPengguna Tetamu駅から7分、ウフッツイ美術館まで10分と、とても立地のいい場所にありますが、ホテルの看板があるわけではないので、見つけにくかった！10mそばに立っているのに、行ったり来たりしても分からず、近所のホテルマンに聞いたら「すぐそこだよ」て指差された先に小さなドア。インターホン押して、開けてもらって、3階に上がりようやくチェックイン。部屋は可愛い、朝食も朝早い出発だと言ったら「朝食店に作って前日引き渡しを依頼できる」と臨機応変な対応。シャワーもある、冷蔵庫もある、ベットボトル水も用意してある。部屋を出て一つ上に上がると共用の古都の屋根の風景がみえるテラスがある。チェックインがスムーズにいけばとてもいい宿。

AAlexandraSHotel overall is okay for a 3 star. Employees were always friendly. Free parking and if full, hotel as a old garage underneath which it was where we parked. Breakfast was okay also for a 3 star hotel.
Amenities nothing to be honest, on our room we had some stuff broken also… could get some refurbishment. And also, it is not a queen bed, it was two single beds close to each other… with no top mattress anything…
