Quarto amplo e aconchegante, boa cama, bom banheiro e chuveiro, varanda agradável com varal, ar condicionado e frigobar funcionando e em bom estado. Localização satisfatória para quem está de carro. O local conta com estacionamento próprio. Pousada boa para quem gosta de plantas e animais. Apesar das qualidades, a limpeza dos quartos não foi feita todos os dias, a recepção não funciona 24h e o café da manhã deixa MUITO A DESEJAR. Não presenciei pão fresco, somente 3 opções de pão de forma, os bolos são servidos dia após dia e ficam bem velhos, há mosquitos pousando nos alimentos, além dos pães e bolos velhos, há apenas oferta de ovo cozido, presunto e queijo. Somente no domingo ocorreu a oferta de salsicha. Se melhorasse o café da manhã e a presença de funcionários, poderia ser perfeito.

Não possuem funcionários suficiente para atender demandas como serviço de quarto, muita das vezes fazendo que o hospede precise descer para buscar pilha para controle remoto, ou prato e talheres para refeições. Pode parecer luxo, mas depois de viajar 35 horas para chegar ao seu destino, tudo que você mais quer é não precisar sair do quarto quando chega em um hotel para descansar. Segundo ponto, precisei mudar de quarto devido a um erro de comunicação entre hotel e Copastur (empresa de turismo responsável por pagar minhas diárias). Ao fazer a mudança, esqueci uma garrafa de vinho fechada no frigobar. Ao me lembrar dela e ligar para recepção, me foi avisado que iriam contactar a empresa de limpeza dos quartos pois era uma empresa terceirizada e que o hotel não se responsabiliza por itens deixados no quarto. Estou até hoje esperando eles me contactarem para saber o que aconteceu com o vinho, simplesmente uma garrafa de R$100 SUMIU, e ninguém viu. Terceiro, precisei pedir ao hotel a nota fiscal referente as minhas diárias para prestação de contas, e surpreendentemente me disseram que não fornecem a nota fiscal ao hospede pois quem pagou a estadia foi uma empresa terceira (no caso a copastur). Ao questionar eles como obter um documento para comprovar a estadia, me disseram que preciso pedir a Copastur, pois eles não podem fornecer nenhum documento. Isso é um absurdo, quem depende de prestação de contas corporativa sabe o que estou falando. Fiquem atentos! Não recomendo a estadia.

Spent a pleasant two night stay in the hotel. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel in city centre and the fact that you are within walking distance to many places of interest. The breakfast offering was pretty standard and tasty. The downside is that the restaurant is closed for dinner, though room service is available and the gym equipment need to be updated. Otherwise adequate for a short stay.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel! The view and location are great, restaurant too, however staff are overworked, jacuzzis weren’t clean, one wasn’t working… to complete that, if you book a room near the top, on Friday night the club on the rooftop is so loud you cannot sleep. I won’t be staying at this place again.

O Hotel engana. Estrutura boa, quartos confortáveis, porém o serviço é de péssima qualidade. Fiquei com minha família por 5 diárias e o quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. Somente forraram a cama e repuseram as toalhas. Quarto permaneceu sujo por 5 dias. Inacreditável!!! Tem um restaurane terceirizado no hotel, porém eles não podem fazer serviço de quarto. É permitido pedir comida no Ifood e comer no quarto, porém se quiser comer no restaurane do próprio hotel, tem que descer para fazer a refeição nas mesas, ou seja, não pode levar para o quarto. Pedimos jantar e o Hotel não tinha talheres para emprestar. Não possui um filtro ou bebedouro. Quando questionei na recepção eles disseram que eles levam água de casa. No último dia o hotel desligou a energia, pois resolveram fazer uma obra. Ficamos sem elevador para descer com as malas e precisando subir e descer escadas, além do barulho de obra que começou as 08:00. Por fim, o estacionamento é pago, R$ 28,00 por dia. Optamos por não colocar o carro no estacionamento do hotel, porém, para nossa surpersa, fomos cobrados no check out, como se tivéssemos utilizado. Absurdo. Não voltaria. Experiência não foi boa!

I stayed here for four nights for a meeting. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, truly lovely. The rooms were well appointed and the linens are really nice. The rooftop pool is amazing, views of the entire city. The hotel restaurant was really good, my first night there it was raining very heavily, and I had the Tuesday night soup buffet. Juliana and Simony made sure that I was very comfortable, well taken care of, almost like they were welcoming me into their own home. All of the restaurant, bar, and front desk staff were among the nicest I have ever experienced. The location is great, in the heart of town, right on the waterfront. Great to go for a run either heading north or south. Highly recommend this hotel.

I book a chalé big mistake for the time .. summer kids noisy….. was me and my husband… change rooms after 3 days … when to their most expensive room.. 4th floor… Well I’m used if there is a coffee machine in the room the coffee it’s free.. well first room no coffee machine. Second on 4th floor room 401 … much more expensive …there was a coffee machine… first 2 coffees is a cortesia.. after that. You will have to pay for… Serious ?? All over the world if there is a coffee machine.. coffee is free from USA… to London.. or. Hong Kong ….

Saí do RJ até Floripa às 21h com 3 costelas fraturadas, fadiga pós quimioterapia, com uma criança de 5 anos, meu marido e um cachorro de 3kg. Visitei o Instagram da rede slaviero e lá consta uma postagem de 14 de março informando que a rede é pet friendly. Exausta, com dor e não vendo a hora para descansar pensei que o Slaviero Ingleses seria a melhor opção. Para minha surpresa, ao chegar lá, as 22h fui barrada porque diferentemente da informação publicada em sua rede oficial, eles NÃO SÃO PET FRIENDLY E FAZEM PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA. Vendo meu desespero e minha condição, os recepcionistas se detiveram a dizer que não poderiam fazer nada. Vale lembrar que, por lei, eles seriam obrigados a nos aceitar devido o erro de informação seja por má fé , seja por desorganização e descaso aos clientes. Tive que percorrer por duas horas até encontrar outro local que nos atendesse. NAO SE HOSPEDEM NESTE LOCAL QUE NÃO RESPEITA CONSUMIDORES.

In a completely positive way, this stay for two nights was a typical pleasant Novotel experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. It was very conveniently located across from the waterfront and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a quality buffet was a good variety of hot and cold foods. I didn't eat in the restaurant for other meals and I didn't use the fitness center due to the proximity of well-marked running trail along the waterfront. All-in-all a solid stay and a good choice for a visit to Florianopolis.

PPengguna TetamuO hotel é super legal, quartos espaçosos (reservamos pelo booking), porém a cama do sofá cama é horrível, extremante dura, é melhor jogar um edredom no chão e dormir lá, a cama do quarto (Box king) é ótima, mas não conte com o sofá cama mesmo! Acesso direto à praia, como fomos em dia de semana, o atendimento foi extremante solicito e rápido. Para usar as jacuzzis, é necessário reservar horário, mas tbm não conte muito com isso. Reservamos e tinham pessoas usando, e quando tentamos reservar novamente, nos disseram que não haviam horários, mas estavam todas vazias.. de forma geral, nota 7 de 10.

RRose TEscolhi esse hotel para passar o feriado de 7/09 porque ja tinha me hospedado nele numa emergencia e achei que seria legal mais dias para desfrutar suas comodidades. Foram tantos problemas e muita decepção. Faltava agua no banheiro todas as noites e a cada xixi era necessário ligar na recepção. Alegaram que era um disjuntor que desligava a bomba mas não resolveram o problema nos 4 dias que fiquei la . Disjuntor que desliga é sinal de sobrecarga na rede e pode causar incêndios alem do incomodo. Não tem ducha higiênica no banheiro e nem espelho no quarto. O hotel tbm permite que hospedes levem caixa de som para a piscina o que foi um inferno para quem queria relaxar e descansar. Tivemos que ouvir musica alta de gosto duvidoso todos os dias ate as 22 horas. Mas não parou por aí. Depois das 22hs pessoas ficavam nas jacuzis falando alto e fumando narguilê. Na ultima noite da minha estadia o povo ficou ate as 3 da manhã falando alto e tirando o sossego da gente. Pra mim deixou de ser um hotel familiar pq eles não impõem regras aos hóspedes que não sabem se portar. Não volto mais

PPengguna TetamuTivemos uma excelente estadia. O quarto era espaçoso, sempre limpo e cheiroso. Os funcionários do hotel foram receptivos e há uma excelente vista do terraço, onde é servido o café da manhã. Os pontos negativos são o wi-fi, cujo sinal é bem fraco no quarto, e a falta de ducha higiênica no banheiro, pelo menos no quarto em que fiquei.
