Fantastic caravan park, lots of activities for the children available and onsite toileting/shower facilities available, pub and local shop on site also! the areas cleanliness is on top form. There is an outdoor warm pool maintained well, ice cream, 2 parks, pet friendly pub. The site is very spacious too! Will definitely be returning.

We stayed with friends for 7 nights. What a wonderful site! All the staff were friendly and so very helpful. On arrival our Jockey wheel had broken so we couldn't get our caravan onto the pitch. A lovely member of the team helped my partner and our friend get our caravan safely onto the pitch by lifting and pushing it with a sort of skateboard thing. The kids really enjoyed riding around on their bikes and scooters. The free entertainment in the park by a company called Rascals Entertainment was brilliant. The kids loved it, they did a mini Olympic games session where they took part in alsorts of games. The main shower block is where we showered etc and they were super clean and well stocked with toilet roll and hand soap. The showers where the warmest showers we've ever had when using on site facilities so that was a pleasant experience for a change rather than being a Luke warm shower The dog walking area was great to be able to let our pooch off lead for a run. Only downside is some people let it down by not picking up their dogs poop! Which I think is disgusting! Especially when children go in there. But that's no reflection on the site or their staff. Just inconsiderate dog owners poo bags are even provided at the gate so there's no excuse!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our friends! From the start booking in the staff was real helpful and friendly. The site is lovely and clean. The pool is fantastic as my two little children loved it. Will definitely be booking again. We asked to be put with our friends in our tourers which they did.

The swimming pool is heated which was amazing, the location was perfect next to playpark and deerhouse also child friendly . My family and I had 2 meals at the deerhouse ,the venue is hood and we'll priced for good value food was lovely.we will be back next year for sure

We had a great family break in our campervan . All the staff were fantastic especially through the booking process as I had booked the wrong weekend. The pool , play and pub facilities were great. All the showers and toilets were very clean and well maintained. Thanks again we will be back again soon .

I have stayed at the hotel several times on business and in all honestly should have left a review previously. The facilities, grounds and spa are excellent with first class food in the restaurant but what stands out most to me is the level of service on offer. I know the hotel does have a moto of service, service, service but to best explain my experience I would have certainly put the work exceptional before that. I could happily name a number of staff from the bar to the spa teams but due to an issue with my EV car that refused to start Jack Adam on reception stood out. Jack clearly went out of his way to get me back on the road, even got me a coffee whilst I waited and continued to check on me to ensure I could get on my way. I will 100% be returning but next time with my Wife as this place is exceptional.

Sensational that’s the only word that come to mind when I think of the service that we had ,Jack is a great young man that helped us through out our stay at Rudding Park , Jack made our experience a 10/10 really felt at home. The aesthetic and people there were so nice .

We stayed at the hotel on a spa and room package for our honeymoon. The service from the moment we arrived was amazing. The staff could not do enough for us. Everyone was welcoming, polite and friendly. The room was well presented, clean and well maintained. The spa was incredible - very relaxing to have a break from our children for 4 days in this lovely environment. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Rudding Park.
