Grande albergo cinque stelle superior in avenue Luise . È dotato di tutti i confort, il personale è gentilissimo e molto professionale. Camere ampie, pulite, confortevoli. La colazione è abbondante è molto varia. La posizione è fantastica, a dieci minuti a piedi da tutto.

Very a fantastic hotel in the centre of Brussels. It is near to many attractions and also near to the metro. Just take a day pass and roam around the city with peace of mind. Very good breakfast, though not a wide variety, but it's good enough. There were few disappointments. Firstly, The rooms were small but I think it is because of the small properties in any central part of any European city with a rich history. Secondly, at the reception, they told us the breakfast is from 6:30 to 11 AM but never mentioned it is only on weekends. On a fine Monday, we got up at 10 and went to breakfast at 10:30 AM but nothing was available. I was really horrified and I wanted not to come back. But as I raised concerns, one lady officer at the reception - INES handled it very well and pulled the strings. Mr. Abel, the chef come to us, talked to us, and having understood the concern, he baked us fresh croissants and pastries! Man, he is an amazing chef. Sir Abel got them fresh and was mind-blogging. This wiped out all my frustration and made me think I should come back again!

ホテル内のレストランが朝食会場なのですが、料理は種類が豊富で味は本当に素晴らしいです。ブリュッセルでの一番の思い出はここでの食事と言っても過言ではないほど、美味しい。スクランブルエッグですら、美味しいです。 フロントスタッフはみんな丁寧で、挨拶もしてくれて愛想も良いです。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズで、チェックアウトの際にはコーヒーはいりませんかと勧めてくれ、応じるとホテル内のレストランに電話をかけてコーヒーを用意するように伝えてくれました。仕事ぶりはまさにプロフェッショナルです。 ここはガーデニングに特化したホテルのようで、廊下や食事会場などにも観葉植物があります。更には部屋の中の机の上に本が3冊置いてあり、聖書かと思って手に取ると3冊ともガーデニングの本。徹底的なこだわりぶりです。 廊下のカーペットはふかふかで、何か良い匂いがします。廊下には椅子も置いてあり、一晩中誰かと語り尽くしたい、そんな気持ちにさせてくれる素敵な空間です。 清潔度は問題ないように思います。 立地はブリュッセル北駅から徒歩10分で、グランプラスまで徒歩20分と悪くないです。 コーヒーはネスプレッソが部屋にあります。私が泊まった部屋はうまく作動しませんでした。アメニティは歯磨きセットは無く、最低限しかありませんのでご注意を。

We traveled to Brussels on a whim from London, taking Eurostar from St. Pancras to Brussels-Midi. After some research, we were able to procure three nights at the Hotel Amigo; from Midi, the hotel advised us to take a quick local train ride, one stop to Centrale station; which left us only five blocks or so from the Hotel Amigo -- an excellent tip! Unfortunately, we did not count on how difficult it would be to wield large, over-packed suitcases on Brussels' cobblestoned streets and sidewalks. Twenty minutes later - and still a good 20 feet from the hotel driveway - a well-dressed, smiling doorman came running out with words of welcome, having spotted us struggling from afar, to help. This turned out to be Haluk, an angel who was to later make our stay in Brussels and at the Hotel Amigo quite memorable, in his role as concierge. We were pleased with the very quiet (per our request) classic King room on a high floor, with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a big, marble-floored bathroom with a luxurious, deep- soaking tub. The Irene Forte bath products were also lovely (the apricot body wash smelled divine). Unfortunately, as with other luxury hotels in Europe, the glass half-door on the shower did not quite keep the water in! Thanks to housekeeping for setting that right every day. As we had not read up on the city, we did not realize that the Amigo is only a block from the Grand Place – a spectacular, historical square of architectural marvels. And while the area is a bit touristy, the hotel is walking distance to most of central Brussels, if you like to walk. Fortunately, Haluk advised us daily on walking routes through the city, to see all the major sights in an order that made perfect sense; this included a weekend market with antique jewelry and a sculpture garden in the Parc de Bruxelles, near the Royal Palace (things we never would have found on our own). We stopped nearby for hot chocolate during a surprise hailstorm – perfect timing! When we asked for good Asian food, Haluk also recommended Fanny Thai - walking distance to the hotel, on a lively street lined with restaurants, with excellent Pan Asian fare and a local crowd (we loved it so much, we ate there several times). These were some of our favorite moments in Brussels; so we were very grateful for his excellent tips! Otherwise, there was only one tiny glitch; somehow, we didn’t realize until the end of our stay that our rate included breakfast! This would have been welcome news; we ate a light meal only once, not realizing we had access to the buffet. A bit confusing, for sure (of course as Brussels is filled with nothing but Belgian waffles, French fries, whipped cream and chocolate, perhaps it’s just as well...). In short, we had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Amigo, and would recommend it to anyone.

Pro 1. Easy check in process. 2. Considerable large lobby in European standard. 3. Room size can fit up to 3 kids. 4. Bed and pillows were comfortable 5. Has multiple channels on TV 6. They have an indoor swimming pool. Eventhough small, but my kids just happy to swim in it. 7. Small but very updated gym equipment. Cons 1. Location slightly further up from the historical cobble stone street. 2. When we stay there, construction of an adjacent building causing dirty air circulation. 3. Breakfast was too plain and not many choices. Overall, I still gave 5 stars of experience.

There was an issue with the billing of the Euro 100 deposit which was done at the start of my recent stay at Hotel Warwick - Grand Palace on 16 Nov 2023. I had stayed at the hotel from 16 Nov to 20 Nov 2023. I have noticed a recurring Euro 100 charged to my credit card for every day and this amounted to Euro 400 (100 x 4) . My final invoice states only Euro 16.96 ( taxes , as my hotel room had been paid in advance ). The staff at the front desk mentioned that there is no other invoice to provide for the reversal of EURO 400. This amounts to a double payment for the hotel and quite upsetting that there was no written assurance provided for what they are supposed to reverse. Also, how is it the hotel can continue to charge daily when the swipe was done only once? That aside, location , cleanliness was excellent but this billing issue is quite a dampener to the trip.

The service staff were so friendly and willing to help at any request. My stay with this hote was very pleasant and I strongly recommend a stay with this hotel.

I stayed six nights. The rooms were beautiful, the location was perfect, the lobby decor was lovely, and the staff was fantastic. I wanted to recognize Aline, in particular, at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make me feel cared about and taken care of. I also very much enjoyed speaking to Adham, Josef, Dino, Hermes, and the bartenders (Elias and Josue I believe were their names?). But Aline stood above the rest in terms of kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. I am looking forward to staying again in the coming months and I plan on recommending the hotel to my friends before their next trip to Brussels. Thank you, Stanhope for a wonderful first stay!

Located near the Bruxelle-Midi train station. However, one of the female staff is kind of rude when they know that we are Asians and went to serve other Eurasians. Only after knowing we are from Singapore then the other guy served us nicely

This was a good location for our 2 nights in Brussels. Positives: - Located less than 10 mins from metro and near Brussels MIDI train station - Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. - Fan provided (although a/c would have been better) - Room and bathroom nice size and with sofa Negatives: - No bin in main room, only in bathroom - Construction at the moment from 7am weekdays - Breakfast expensive at €22 pp (we bought fruit, croissants, yogurts from Carrefour instead) - No kettle for tea but there was a machine for coffee in the room (no instructions but we worked it out) - Slow hair dryer - Sofa bed not the comfiest to sleep on I would stay here again for a short stay, would maybe look elsewhere for a longer trip.
