Hotel Fort De France dengan Sarapan

J’ai séjourné 3 jours lors d’un séminaire et c’est parfait ! Les petits déjeuners sont au top, les chambres sont spacieuses et avec un standard haut de gamme. Nous avons dîné un soir, ce fut excellent, une cuisine de haut vol, très raffinée, copieuse et un dessert de grand chef, vraiment bravo, pour un hôtel avoir ce niveau de gastronomie est remarquable. Les vues depuis la terrasse suspendue sont impressionnantes. Un petit reproche, la climatisation dans les couloirs est trop forte et sans doute inutile. Le personnel est très agréable.

Unfortunately our check in process was pathetic. We arrived about an hour early and they said the rooms weren’t ready yet - there were already about 4 other groups waiting in reception to be checked in. The lovely lady at the counter explained they had a huge group depart today - ok, we asked to use the pool while we waited (no issue and thank you). Then we returned just prior to the actual check in time to find that nobody had been checked in yet. Waited a while until the man at the desk did our check in process, then said “I’ll just check if the room is ready”. He disappeared for about 20 minutes, came back and without explaining anything to us, moved on to check in the next couple. We sat in reception for over half an hour until he finally said ok here is your key, no apologies or explanations. When we went to the room there were at least 2 service women around so I don’t understand why they couldn’t have arranged to prepare the rooms for the 5 groups checking in urgently? Very disappointing, but mostly just the lack of communication - we would have happily laid by the pool for a bit longer.

j'ai ;réservé dans cet hotel car il se trouvait pas très loin du stade ou je devais participer à une manifestation dans dans le cadre : octobre rose à l'initiative de la ligue contre le cancer . je m'y suis très bien reposé , dans une chambre ”nickel” et une réception tout à fait à la hauteur de sa tâche , me donnant les renseignements pratiques avant même que je les demande

This is probably the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. This is more of a hostel. First off there were blood stains on all the sheets and pillows. The hotel only cleaned the towels twice during our week and a half stay, there is no peep hole which is honestly just a safety precaution, the toilet in our room was leaking brown liquid, there is no screen on the showers so the water goes everywhere, the hallways smell like ****, the doors barely lock. In addition, one of my friends was knocking on her door room and a man came out of his room and started harassing her for being to loud, and almost got physical with her before yelling at her and then leaving. Then when she went downstairs the front desk told her a client made a noise complaint and when she told him it was just her knocking and this guy was about to lay her hands on her the front desk said “well it’s your fault because you were being too loud. There is water damage on the doors, bugs everywhere, and more. This place is horrible, the breakfast is bad and the employees are incredibly rude.

Overall the experience was good. Was cheap and cheerful, but I felt they could have provided tea and coffee or a bottle of water in the room. There was a tiny beach just over the road. All Staff except one in the bar area was great. I would recommend

Hotel passabile , va bene per una notte non di più , non ha ascensore la reception è al primo piano e le camere si trovano al secondo e terzo piano quindi se qualcuno ha problemi a fare le scale lo sconsiglio , non ci sono rumori di notte Ottima posizione
