Cumple para pasar una noche como nos paso a nosotros por emergencia, pero si requiere más mantenimiento para que la estancia sea un poco mejor. Algo de lo que si deberían preocup**** es que se prohíba fumar en las habitaciones. Y actualizar el aire acondicionado.

UNSAFE And this was without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever seen. The rooms should have been out of order. Arrived after midnight after booking online and had no choice with hotels sold out from Miami to Pompano and got stuck paying $305 for the filthy and unsafe room with overwhelming smell of smoke, paint peeling, broken door lock and no toilet seat. When I complained to manager he could care less and refused refund or even a reduction. Room was like a crack house you’d see on TV. Couldn’t make this up. Honestly don’t stay here if it was even free. Very sketchy environment at night! Worried about car being broke into all night.

The fact that the hotel was opened to ********** and homeless people, and cars weren't safe on the property, we had water and leaking issues in the first room we purchased and had to switch to another one the inside of the rooms needs remodeling

I sincere believe ******* should delist this property. I booked for 4 days, but only stayed 3. The manager lied that if I wanted a refund for 4th night he had to speak with ******* account rep.
There was never any house keeping provide. Room was supposed to be none smoking but smelled of stale tobacco. A large portion of this property in rented out long-term and people are coming and going and yelling and screaming all night long. Disgraceful place and management!

The only thing I can say is that the room was clean. Otherwise, it was the most basic place I’ve stayed in in some years. Quite a surprise to find someplace like this in American. Door lock was broken, no toiletries (a few small soaps), threadbare towels, no clothes hangers, toilet roll holder broken, I could go on. Terrible value for money. If there was breakfast or wifi I couldn’t find either. The person at check in was very curt.

After ordering online, The hotel was a lower quality than what I'm used to, the price was also lowered. I asked for a pool, I was very disaapointed to learn the pool next door was a separate scuba diving school. I hate how online orders trap you to take a reservation they chose, if U like it or not.

I rented a room for me, my wife, and kids for one night walked in and immediately asked for a refund it’s very run down and sketchy I would never recommend anyone to stay there even one night I was told they would refund my money no problem and never did and when ******* calls them they lie and say there isn’t a manager there to process refund please no one rent a room from these people it is so so bad

When your Uber driver asks if you're sure this is the right address take the hint and don't even bother getting out of the car. Just keep on going. What a gross disgusting room we had. It reeked of pot. Cigarette burns on the dirty ancient bedspread. Blood strains on the mattress. We didn't dare sleep under the covers. Exposed wires hanging out of the wall. Paper thin towels. Dirt on the floor. It looked like the ceiling was about to fall down in some spots. I can't say enough bad things about this hell hole. The only reason we stayed there bc our flight home was canceled at the last minute late in the day. No other hotels had any vacancies. Sleeping in the airport would have been better then this dump. How such an awful place can stay in business is a mystery
