Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist nur 10 Minuten vom Strand und sehr nahe am Walmart oder Aldi falls man noch schnell was braucht. Das Zimmer, das Bett und das Badezimmer war frisch und sauber. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen und sehr reichhaltig. Jeden Tag gab es frisches Obst zusätzlich hier Äpfel oder Bananen zum mitnehmen. Die Auswahl an Frühstück reicht von Pancakes, bagels, Muffins, biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs either omelets, scrambled or boiled, fresh cinnamon rolls, joghurt, kurz mehr als genug. Mein Fazit zu diesem Hotel: ich bin froh es gefunden zu haben und komme gerne wieder.

We were here for a much needed vacation. I will grant that we were able to relax as there was nothing to do at the resort. Everything was a LONG drive away. What made me give this hotel only one star was numerous things…1. No shampoo in the shower only conditioner and when I went to call the front desk…2. Out of 3 phones in our room, not one of them worked. 3. The washer was so loud we couldn’t even hear the TV. 4. Even on the lowest setting the dryer burned my clothes and they shrunk to nothing. 5. On top of paying for the room for the WHOLE week, we had to pay $127 for parking (would have been more, but we checked out a day early) and $294 for amenities. What? Everything that was included in the amenities was what every other hotel/resort has. There was nothing special about the amenities…a pool, and a gym, although, there was a dolphin cruise, but we didn’t go. This vacation became a money pit (we also had to pay tolls whenever we drove an hour to get to the beach). What made it so bad was when we checked out, we paid the $127 for parking and that was all that was on our bill. It wasn’t until we got home a couple of days later that I found the $294 charge on my credit card, which seems dishonest to charge it after we left. We didn’t even realize there was an amenity fee, as we were never even told about it at check in. If we had have known about an extra $421 on TOP of what it cost to stay here, we NEVER would have stayed. If you are going to charge those fees, just include it in the price of the room.

We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago when visiting relatives in Florida. We booked it for a couple of days as we are moving our dad to nursing care on Cape Coral. All we wanted was a good nights sleep in a clean room. This hotel has been updated so much since we were here before. My husband was laughing at how excited I was to see Dove Body Lotion in the bath room, just coming from the Bahamas, my skins was so dry…they have Kerigs for coffee and tea in the room, new carpeting, walls and ceilings newly painted and the beds are so comfy. Just what we need for this trip. There was some music playing next door, but we had a small balcony to sit on a have a cup of tea before bed and listen to the tunes, they stopped at 9, so not any issues with that at all. We have an early start tomorrow so glad they have breakfast in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers. We stayed in room 320 today 3/30 and will stay on 3/31 and head home on Saturday.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of this hotel. I booked a room for about $120/night plus taxes in the fall. I wouldn't call this a luxury hotel, but it's definitely upscale. I booked via their website and received an upgraded double-bed room. The bathroom was large with nice materials and a large shower with a separate bathtub. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. Most of the staff was friendly. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the A/C was not great throughout the hotel. I'm guessing it was 77 or 78 in the lobby and corridors. The A/C in my room was also struggling; it was probably 70 next to the unit and 77 in the bathroom. I thought about changing rooms but decided against it. Overall, this hotel was a superior value to the rest of the hotels in the area and well worth a little extra distance from Naples. I would stay here again.

We stayed here as a return trip. We were here after Ian and loved our stay so much we came back. This time we got to see the updated walls from the damage of Ian and were very pleased at how well the property is looking. Upon entry we were greeted with a friendly front desk staff to impeccably clean hotel throughout the property. We didn't come on a busy weekend so the quiet was super nice. Housekeeping does am amazing job and Breakfast at this particular property is by far my favorite. So many options to choose from and the area is kept clean & fully stocked throughout breakfast. We will be returning again and again and have told all our friends and family to stay here when they come visit. So much to do. Beaches nearby, shopping and dining. And we seen a gator in the little lake they had. So cool
