This is a beautiful space for dinner and drinks with friends or business associates. I visited on a very hot humid evening and the waitstaff had the doors open in the bar area negating much of the AC. When it was time for dinner, we moved to the dining area that was closed off and the AC was welcomed relief. The food is good but a little pricey. I tried the flatbread which was very good ($18). Add ons like prosciutto are available for an additional charge. The restaurant service seemed a bit slow with only a few people in the restaurant. Parking at the hotel is expensive.

Kakitangan di sini adalah perkara terbaik yang dilakukan oleh hotel ini. Itulah satu-satunya perkara positif yang saya perlu katakan tentang penginapan saya di sana. Pengangkutan ulang-alik tidak mula beroperasi sehingga 10:30 pagi. Apabila saya tiba sekitar 11, mereka tidak mempunyai bilik jadi saya pergi ke kolam untuk duduk dan menunggu. Kawasan kolamnya bagus, tetapi perabotnya cukup kemas. Saya masuk semula ke dalam selepas beberapa ketika dan mendengar orang demi orang keluar mengeluh tentang bilik kotor, bau dan bunyi yang kuat pada waktu malam. Menjadi jelas bahawa ini bukan hanya hotel di lapangan terbang, tetapi juga keadaan tempat tinggal sewa rendah untuk beberapa orang. Kakitangan meja depan akhirnya membersihkan bilik untuk saya supaya saya boleh mendaftar masuk awal. Bilik saya pastinya tidak seperti yang saya harapkan berdasarkan foto. Cat terkelupas, pancuran mandian tidak bersih dan terdapat cendawan di sekeliling jahitan. Bilik itu berbau hapak. Bantal itu adalah sebesar bantal lempar yang anda letakkan di sofa anda. Sangat pelik. Saya menyedari bahawa ia murah dan ia berhampiran lapangan terbang jadi seseorang tidak boleh mengharapkan pengalaman kelas pertama dan saya tidak melakukannya dengan jangkaan tersebut. Walau bagaimanapun, saya tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi.

To be fair the hotel was pretty good. The outside was not appealing to the eye but the room itself was very nice: facilities get a 5. Made reservations for one night about two weeks before my arrival. I had to push my reservation back by one day to accomodate my appointment so I canceled the reservation on expedia and made a new reservation ( 4 days before my arrival). I stayed at the hotel honoring my new reservation. I was charged for both my canceled reservation and my actual reervation. When I called they told me that they did not receive a canceled reservation from me until the day of my stay (which is false because I canceled before this date and received coonfirmation) they refused to refund me and told me to call expedia. I called expedia and they sent the refund to the hotel and the hotel refused to refund the money to me citing that they will honor their policy for same day cancellation ( which again was completed 4 days prior to my arrival) I offered to send my cancellation confirmation to them and they still refused my refund so they made double the amount of money from me (charging my card for the night I did not stay and the refund issued by expedia) very shade business between America's Best Value and Expedia.

We visited Fort Myers for a wedding in downtown (first timers in America from Wales, UK) and we stayed for 4 nights. The location is ideal for the price very close to everything but very reasonable prices. The hotel is a little tired but it is clean and has a lovely pool, breakfast was also super good value at 9.95 dollars, for a hot buffet. What made the hotel a great choice for us was the lovely welcoming and helpful team... I only wish I could remember everyone's name! The lovely gentleman who we first met on arrival and saw most days (Scottish/American) was super helpful and knowledgeable of the area, and his colleague (night porter) was great too, a young man (I think Duty Manager for the first 2 days) was super efficient, friendly and gave us advice on how to get around the local area, the lady with the lovely smile, glasses and brown/dark red shoulder length hair on reception was so welcoming and Debbie from breakfast really was fantastic an asset to the team, so many other staff too made our stay, who all gave a welcoming smile and hello. Other reviews say unsavory characters around the hotel etc at night, I personally wouldn't wander anywhere at night in a foreign country/town to my home, yes there were some vulnerable people on the streets at night (like most of the world), you could be in the 'poshest hotel in the world' and still be at risk, I certainly didn't feel unsafe in the hotel. This is a good value, friendly hotel. Thanks again everyone. Until next time x

Hotel in Flughafennähe, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Abgewohnt und vor allem sehr hellhörig. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, aus dem Wasserhahn kam nur ein Rinnsal.
