Dying, probably in the last few breaths. Could be lovely as the location and pool with bay view is fabulous. Held back by absence of any energy from staff. Poor reception, surly business people sat around. Occuplied by some construction workers - says it all Tired overgrown garden, weeds and litter on drive. Rusty fittings. Appalling bar and coffee. We were in a big party but given basement and back rooms even though hotel under-occupied. And this is 2 hrs after check-in.

We loved this property! To start with, they accept dogs and we have a shiba inu which we appreciated lots that could be at all areas of the hotel with us, feeling welcome at all times :)
The hotel was clean, breakfast was good/ "italian" style (mainly sweets), the area was quite and there is an amazing pizza restaurant as well on the site. Highly recommended, will definitely return!

Wonderful hotel in a calm place. The personal is very good and helpful. They have done their best to give us the best service. The place is in the height of the city and it allows to have a calm night. The breakfast is really good with a lot of differents foods. I highly recommend

There are better options in the area. It was a last minute booking for one night. Overpriced pizza in the restaurant. Prepare to spend 16-18 euros for what costs 5-7 outside.

We stayed in Sep 21 with a Tour of 48 Maltese people. We had a room with a view of Toscana mountains and city lights below. It's a family run business, they treated you as one of their families. Food is to exellent and taste of italian food. Enjoyable stay. Very clean rooms and love the outdoor pool and garden.

This is a family ran Business, and to be honest at the end of the stay (7 Days) I felt like part of the family, they could not do enough for you , the place is clean , and well presented , the food really was some of the best i have had, The Chef is top Notch , the pool area is just a joy with magnificent views over the valley down to the sea ,its quite and i would love to go there again. ---- and again thank you all for a wonderful stay
