環境：走廊煙味很重 房間內還好 有一次性拖鞋 兩個電梯 其中一個實在很窄 非常壓抑 四個人上電梯已經很擠的感覺 不過還好人不多 也不用跟別人擠電梯
服務：前台小姐姐都很冷漠 且業務非常不熟練 辦理入住在前台硬生生等了半小時才拿到房卡 衹有最後一天退房時候一個男的應該是經理稍微禮貌一點

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. I forgot to ask if they have non-smoking room and I got a room where everything has the smell deep in the floor, sheets, etc. but that is maybe my own fault but if you don't smoke like me, remember to ask! :) I enjoyed the simple but tasty breakfast even for someone who doesn't eat meat :) I also went for a run in the local area and found some cool local streets, some trees and hills and I walked to and from the train station in two different directions and both were about 30 minutes and easy enough to navigate :)

So i am taking flight back from hongkong and i decide to stay here again. This place is best value for money around this area. I didnt bring weight scale so i borrow weigh scale from reception to check how many kg, i have in total. There are cheap noodle/rice restaurant in main road very close to hotel that i eat few times i stay here. Anyway the reception is very friendly and can speak english. Definitely helpful if you are foreigner.

We reached the hotel around 11am and they allowed us to check in early. They even gave us an upgrade for our rooms. The rooms were quite new, clean and spacious. The breakfast spread had a good variety. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Guangzhou South Railway station which is quite convenient. It takes around 52mins to get to the airport by the train.

JJ_FamThis hotel is approximately 1 hour from downtown Foshan. We drove to this location and used toll for a smooth trip. This hotel is so perfect for me for the following reasons.
1. They allow dogs so i can bring my dogs with us for vacation.
2. The staff although they dont speak English but were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
3. Our cabin was right in front of the lake. Perfect spot.
4. Everything we need was just 1 call away and the staff respond as quickly as they can.
5. Cabin was ready for us when we arrived. AC was already working so the room is cold. Dog cages were provided outside.
6. There is a restaurant 66 few steps away from our cabin. Although breakfast doesn’t have much option, it was more than enough for me. Those who complained as if other hotels provide more is funny. I’ve been to more expensive hotels and they offer almost the same breakfast. Im satisfied. You can order your food and they can deliver it to you.
7. The facilities are pretty close but the driver of hotel cart insisted that we call every time we go out. Good job for you. I wasn’t able to get his name but he is the cart driver wearing white and a little chubby. Very friendly. Thank you. 🤙
8. The cabin is very comfortable. Bed is huge and the bathroom is wide. There’s a bath tub, foot spa bucket to soak your foot and well spaced shower area. There are mosquitoes but the hotel has equipment around for killing them. 👍
9. You can rent their bbq grill and order ingredients from them.
10. I suggest you bring your own drinking water.
11. I havent tried going to the hot spring or Kingdom resort which is just around the area so I’m not sure how convenient it is from the hotel.
12. You are allowed to order take out online and the hotel will help you deliver it right to your room. 666 🫶

JJingxinsheyuDatang untuk hidup pada malam Festival Pertengahan Musim Luruh, tangki ikan besar di pintu sangat menarik, sikap perkhidmatannya sangat bagus, dan biliknya agak besar. Tetapi harga buffet adalah rendah, tidak berbaloi dengan harga, walaupun steak atau salmon.
Kolam renang luar sangat sesuai untuk ibu bapa dan kanak-kanak. Ia hanya dibuka pada waktu siang dan kolam renang dalaman pada waktu malam.

PPengguna TetamuGood value of money for the room rent! I particularly liked the layout of the room, spacious, elegant and very clean. I also asked for a late check out at 1 pm and my request was entertained.
Staff at reception were very helpful. I had bothered them several times to ask them questions on WeChat for taxi booking, searching bus routes, bus stops, QR code for bus ride payment and even how to walk across the other side of the road, how to rent a mobile charger, etc. All of the staff I met were helpful and professional.
The only two comments I have are (a) the door of the shower room is transparent. It may be inconvenient if the travel partner is not that close and s/he may need to go downstair while the other has shower. I was okay as I travelled on my own. (b) At the ground floor, there is a sign next to the lift to show there is a self service washing room at 3/F but when I arrived at the floor, I couldn't manage to see where it was as there was no further to indicate. I had to ask the reception who told me it was opposite to the room 8352. Suggest to put it on the floor plan.
As I didn't have a car, the location was inconvenient to me to find a good restaurant for dining. I see a new Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is being set up. Hopefully, when I come back next time, it will be my first choice.

TTI rarely write reviews, but my stay at Foshan Urcove by Hyatt was fantastic.
Qi Qi at the front desk delivered exceptional service. Initially, I booked a superior double room for RMB399 but later upgraded to an executive king-size bed with a bathtub and panoramic city view.
The hotel, opened in November 2023, is new and offers a great balance of affordability and quality. Highly recommended.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama房間朝東，每天早上醒來可以看到太陽升起，陽台非常好，可以曬曬衣服，早上做做操，因為有陽台，又是高層，空氣也非常好，一點不用擔心房間悶，房間很大，裝修也乾淨整潔，累了在房間躺着看投影電視，除了出去找吃的，很多時間都懶在床上沙發上不願起來。公寓離地鐵大良鐘樓步行約五分鐘不到，非常方便，離華蓋路步行街也很近，離清暉園不到300米。公寓就在居民區旁邊，附近有本地人吃的早餐店，早上吃腸粉，比網紅早茶的更好吃，生滾粥也非常好吃，中午吃煲仔飯比華蓋街直街上的好吃多了，服務員也非常熱情

SSneji Bl.It was amazing experience for my husband and me. We went to celebrate his birthday and to relax and enjoy the hot spri.g spa. The hotel room was with lake view. Very clean, all the facilities in the room were amazing: the bed was huge and comfi, the tea delicious.This is my second visit to the hotel and it was great. The spa was nice, with variety of baths with different temperature. There was a steam spa and sauna. All worked well. The staff was very nice and helful. The breakfast was with variety mainly Chinese choices of dishes, but very good. We were given tickets for the park and disconted tickets for tbe circus performance, which was absolutely amazing. We had a delicious lunch for two in the underwater restourante with excelent selection and service. Dream to go again in a short time
