I can only say I made the wrong choice… There was a lot of hair on the floor when I entered the room, and the water from just wiping the floor was still there. It was disgusting. I asked the cleaning staff outside the room to clean up the hair, and she used a mop to remove it. Can a mop really remove hair? It just made the floor even wetter! The toilet got clogged after several uses. The staff who came to unclog it kept saying that you can't throw toilet paper into the toilet seat, you have to throw it in the trash can. Honestly, I've never been told that by a hotel before. The toilet seat kept falling onto my back while using it. I was speechless. The staff's explanations and toilet usage instructions were just laughable… There was a small, unidentified piece of raw cast iron razor blade on the dining table… I deliberately chose a small room, and I expected the smell of smoke, but I didn't expect it to be this strong. I opened the window to air it out, but then a cigarette butt from who-knows-where blew into the room. Falling asleep to the rhythm of karaoke from upstairs and downstairs was a nightmare, the place wasn't soundproof at all. The good thing was the spacious room and the large, comfortable bed. If I hadn't already paid in full, I would definitely have checked out and stayed at another hotel. 🥲

The environment was elegant, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The service was warm, attentive, and responsive. The location was excellent, making it convenient for travel. I had a great experience and will definitely come back next time!

The decor is average, but very clean. The space is spacious. The mattress isn't the overly soft type; it's very comfortable. I'm quite picky about beds, and since I slept so well, I immediately extended my stay for another night. The air conditioner and curtains can be controlled with Xiaomi voice commands. The air conditioner cools very well, and I especially want to praise the faucet—the water flow is very strong, making showering a truly enjoyable experience. The only drawback is that there are no clothes racks in the bathroom, so there's nowhere to put clean or dirty clothes. (I personally don't like putting clean clothes under the sink). The second and third floors have foot massage and karaoke facilities, while the hotel is on the fourth and fifth floors. The rooms are well soundproofed, with no noise at all. Overall, it's very good value for money.

My first stay was definitely not disappointing. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, the rooms were very clean, there was free parking, the rooms were well-ventilated, the receptionists were very friendly, and there was a self-service laundry room and gym. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

I stayed for three more days and never leave a bad review, but the hotel told me to clean my room, but when I came back it was a mess and hadn't been cleaned. They just said the cleaning lady had gone off duty, and their attitude was very cold and indifferent. I couldn't help but leave a bad review.

The hotel has a great location, near New Metropolis, and is easy to find by car using navigation. There are free parking spaces in front of the hotel, and another parking lot available at night for free. The hotel interior is bright and well-lit, the front desk staff are very helpful, the rooms are well-equipped and clean, and I would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!
