Bilik tanpa tingkap terasa sangat pengap. Saya keluar untuk membeli perabot dan meminta ibu saya untuk tinggal di dalam bilik. Dia tidak boleh tinggal lebih lama dan tinggal di lobi sepanjang petang.

Hotel was located far from the furniture malls which was our purpose of staying there. Luckily taxi was easy to get and inexpensive cost around RMB 10-15 only. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was nice with plenty of food. I liked the congee most. The Chinese restaurant service wasn’t up to the standard as I arrived at 1:55 but waitress told me the lunch hour was over and asked me to leave. I accidentally drank a bottle of mineral water in the room which cost rmb10 and the front desk was nice to waive the charges.

A very beautiful, large room with panoramic windows. Beautiful bathroom. But it was pretty cold.

A minor mood from the two ladies at the reception. No food available, no minibar filled, no room service available, while all this is offered in the room guide. The house keeper was willing to help. The breakfast is very simple, some dishes are really not fresh. Also a minor behavior of staff. Not smooth, not enthusiastic. Not interested in using this hotel anymore.

Very helpful staff at the hotel who were able to assist whenever there was a problem. There were two personnel who were able to assist us with getting to Guangzhou. Very thankful for them. Will stay at this hotel again next time for business.
