POLTTON International service Apartment (Foshan Zumiao Lingnan Tiandi)

Spacious room but the air conditioner was not being cleaned. We cleaned it our own. The room card have to be activated daily at receptionist which is troublesome, but other than that everything is okay. Receptionist are fine but some were probably don’t know how to communicate with guests and never told us what need to be aware of or was told on wrong info which the other staff have to help to correct it

Location is amazing it is in front of Zumiao exit B STATION, 7 Eleven is in same building and outside there are many many food shops. If you are looking for Indian restaurant then it is only at 5-10 minutes walking distance. there are a lot of places to go around here, Nova Mall is in front of this hotel

A short walk to Foshan Lingnan World and the Zumiao Temple - the origin of Wing Chun and the legend, IP Man!

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Near everything i really love , next time i will reserve it again

It was very good stay, but staff are not comfortable in English language. You need to open Translator for talking to the staff, just for the Water also. rooms are clean all good then.

The location, staff, service were all things to love about this place and stay. The breakfast options were largely consistent and after a few days we got tired of the dependability of the options. Thankfully, loads of food options were all around us. The hotel is connected to a mall and there's another right across the street. The few areas of recommended improvements are as follows: 1. The reception doesn't actually speak nor understand English. Translators were used to get by; however, the English reception advertised is one of the reasons I chose the place. 2. The ac unit needs servicing. There were some occasions where it leaked and even sprinkled water on us. 3. There was one day we left and opted to put the DND sign on the door, it was completely ignored. 4. Staff communication should be better. We requested late check out before we arrived. It was settled. When we went to pay for it, we were told that it was not possible. We explained that it was pre-arranged and then we were allowed to pay. On the day of late checkout, the key card stopped working because it was not updated to allow access until our new checkout time. Also, the cleaners were not informed that we were checking out late so they kept coming to the room to clean. We explained as best as we could that we were leaving later than usual.
