The facilities is poor and run down, and can obviously seen the stain over the facilities like the marble flooring. The furniture inside the room looks old too. Inside the building itself having a lot of empty shoplots and feel like this hotel is not being maintained properly.

We came for the water park and the kids were very happy. The hotel is a little out of the way and dated. But connected to grocery and restaurants and stores. Overall it met my needs.

The room is nice, people are friendly and helpful. Not much restaurants around but very close to the metro 👍

Excellent services! The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly! Location of the hotel is just 2 mins away from the metro station so it’s very convenient. On the other hand my room and the elevators were obsolete and I think that would be nice to have refurbishment. Overall I had a good experience here!

So so only. Very old hotel. The TV is even older than me. Near to LRT but the location is far from everywhere. However the janitor is kind. The front desk is hmmm.

The sanitation was exceptional. The room was spotless, the sheets and pillowcases were clean as new, and there was no odor. The facilities were complete, and the furniture and appliances were all new and smooth to use. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly. The most surprising thing was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The front desk was quick to check in and patiently answered our questions. Housekeeping was responsive and always promptly addressed any requests we had. The entire experience was truly heartwarming.

The room is comfortable and clean. The children chose the room facing the swimming pool and had a great time. They will choose it again next time. The front desk staff was attentive and thoughtful, and took the initiative to send the luggage to the room. The service was good, the transportation was convenient, and the cost performance was high. I recommend it.

I absolutely do not recommend staying with children. The room was extremely unhygienic. The fabric furniture and carpet were stained, the corners were dusty and moldy, the curtains were filthy, and the window film was horribly dirty. The room was not ventilated and had a horrible, dizzying smell. The handrail on the children's slide in the room was broken and nearly scratched my child, so I had to ask the staff to evacuate. The worst part was that the toilet wouldn't flush; the water in the tank kept leaking. I spent an entire night trying to fix it, and even after calling the engineering staff, the problem persisted. If the hotel isn't committed to a children's room, they shouldn't use it as an excuse to attract families. It's truly harmful to children's health and ruins a trip.

It is listed as four stars, but the service and facilities are not up to one star, and the experience is extremely poor. 1. I asked for a handbag. I called the front desk at three o'clock in the afternoon and it was delivered at 8 o'clock in the evening. I urged it several times during this period. I really had no choice. I went to the front desk to ask for it, but the front desk didn't have it. I was really speechless. This is a four-star hotel. ? 2. The weather is hot and the air conditioning in the room is not very effective. I asked for a fan, but the answer was no. It’s nothing if you really want it. The room fee of 400 is really not worth it in such a small town.

I was really disappointed with a hotel I stayed in recently. Let’s talk about the most basic facilities first. As a family traveling with children, there are no children’s clothes hangers in the room, which brings us great inconvenience. The children's small clothes cannot be hung properly at all and can only be piled aside haphazardly. Furthermore, the water supply is extremely unreasonable. There is only a limit of three bottles of water a day, which is not enough for us who need a lot of water when traveling in hot weather. In addition, the hotel's service is also unsatisfactory. The front desk staff was indifferent and ignored our reasonable requests. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and there was obvious dust in the corners. All in all, this hotel experience was extremely poor. I hope the hotel can pay attention to these problems and make improvements, otherwise it will be difficult to attract more guests.
