除了地方有點偏僻外，各方面都挺好的，就是我很確定電動牙刷遺漏在他們酒店了，但是清潔阿姨説沒有，打了三次電話才落實這個事，不了了之，服務來説確實要扣分了。

一、值得肯定的方面 整個營地不算大，但看的出比較用心，從環境營造、食物的擺盤、對接的態度，都看得出花了不少心思，會讓人不斷產生驚喜。兩日一夜的旅程也確實讓人放鬆。空氣也很好，睡得很舒服。 二、希望改進的地方 1.最大的遺憾的等了幾周，特地調了值班，專門訂了波波池的房型讓孩子開心下，並且訂單確認後再出發。沒想到途中致電告知因工作人員出錯，那個房不能給我們（值得肯定是誠意十足給我們重新現場選房型，並送烤肉套餐彌補）。 2.服務態度好，但服務質素跟不上，且整體配套不足，營地入口前台集裝箱可以買到簡單的酒水飲料，其餘整個營地沒有其他生活配套了。晚餐、早餐配送都比預期超時，而且都出錯（值得肯定是都能馬上補救），作為住客沒有別的消費場景了（如果點外賣都在50min以上）。 3.娛樂性不夠。有大草地，小鴨子，皮划艇，小沙灘，但相距比較遠，路邊有掃碼可開的車，但價格不低，建議可以免費對住客使用若干次。另外建議可以圈養一些兔子、小狗之類，增加互動趣味性。 總的來説還是不錯的，尤其服務態度一直在線。但感覺到兼顧團建和住宿，在人手不足時，接待能力一直跟不上。祝福這個營地能越做越好！
