The location of the hotel is a little bit far from downtown, but it’s directly linked to a variety of restaurants inside the montecasino with great choices.

Amazing stay. Clean rooms, everyone was down to earth and lovely. I would have given 7 stars if i had the option Will be back again

出差住的，酒店還可以，但是漲價好多，完全搞不動，可能是因為開會有關係。

房間不大 洗澡設施有點問題 整體環境不錯 位置也可以

Enjoyed our stay, however it would nice if the windows were able to keep sound out better, I could hear far too much noice. Breakfast sadly is repetitive but should one be staying a night or 2 it should be fine. Staff is wonderful and it’s clean and beds are very comfortable.

The hotel is vey nice in a good area The rooms are big with a view over the garden The staff at concierge and service desk are great always helpful The only complaints we have is the service at the restaurant it was not good The staff in the restaurant was not service minded as the rest of the hotel staff

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel (we are from the UK). I absolutely adore the Palazzo, the hotel is first class. All staff, from reception, concierge, housekeeping are superb, professional and polite. The hotel feels like stepping into luxury, you are looked after from the minute you arrive until you leave. It is a short, safe walk to Montecasino, where we ate (we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant during this stay). Next time, we will be staying longer. Absolutely love, love, love this hotel.
