This hotel keep in maintenance and the room look good. Also it close to shopping center.

Great location, stayed for 2 nights. The staff speaks English, and even though there were a lot of people, the restaurant downstairs was very convenient. The room was clean, though it was missing a kettle 😁. There's a buffet to the left of the hotel, everything was decent, and we had dinner there once. I recommend this hotel! 👍

The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to hear that although there was a bathtub, I couldn't use it. It would be better if there were more amenities.

Someone else is sleeping in my room? Seriously, if this was a 4-star hotel, it would probably be open tomorrow. I booked a two-night stay, but they didn't show up on the first day. 1. They canceled my room without a single call. 2. They gave that room to someone else. 3. They kicked me out at 2 a.m. without an apology or refund. This is the first time I've seen this happen. They even ignored my customer service message, saying they didn't know about the refund they'd given me for the next day's stay, and they told me to understand internal rules that weren't even on the hotel website or during the reservation process. This is a hotel where Asians who don't show up on time get double-crossed and then give rooms to Westerners. Don't go there, lol.

We arrived at the hotel and our rooms had no electricity. They sent us to another hotel belonging to the same company, a lower category hotel.

We went there last time and we're going again. It's near the bus terminal, the service is excellent, they always leave the room clean, and even the breakfast is good! We stayed 5 nights!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and luggage storage was available; they really cared about their guests' experience.

It is a hotel with good common areas, lobby, game room, restaurant. The rooms are small, with extremely small and uncomfortable beds. The service during our stay was very bad, they were never at the bar, excessive delays with food, if you asked for hot water some would say yes, others would say no. The hotel has 3 small pools, 2 of which were not working. The parking lot is paid and is under construction (literally). The breakfast is very complete.

We made a reservation to go to Iguazu Falls to see the waterfalls. Overall it was pretty good and check-in was quick.

Well located Hotel with good service. Offers a very good extensive breakfast!

The space was spacious and good for a family trip.

It wasn't the first time, everything is still perfect.
