Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport

Hotel is beautiful and clean, breakfast is nice and good variety. Good to have open space to hang and air the coat

This is an excellent choice if you’re looking to stay near the airport. The location is unbeatable, and as expected, the hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about getting to and from the city. My only minor complaints were that the pillows were a little too flat, and the bed wasn’t quite firm enough for my preference.

Just one stop away from the airport at Gateway Garden Station and right next to the train exit. Hotel feels quite new, clean and convenient overall.

Was a good hotel, but there was a little noise in the room from the heating system I think. Also there where some repair tools left in the room

Good location, clean facilities, and a spacious room. However, I was disappointed with the service. There was confusion regarding my reservation because I had cancelled my original booking and made a new one. I had already received an email confirming the updated booking, but it appeared the system had not yet been updated. Despite this, a hotel employee, Melis, spoke to me in an accusatory tone as if the issue were my fault. In reality, it seemed to be a problem between the booking agency and the hotel's reservation system. I found the interaction unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational, which left me very frustrated.

Exactly what you would expect from an airport hotel in Germany. No surprises. No complaints.

I had a very good stay at Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport. The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the subway/train station, making it easy to travel to both the airport and the city centre. The service was good, and the room was clean, modern, and felt quite new. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The main downside is that there are not many amenities, shops, or restaurants around the hotel, so the immediate area can feel a little limited. Overall, though, it is a very good and convenient choice, especially for an airport stay.

The hotel itself is good & clean. The room was comfortable for the 3 of us. However, getting there is complicated as there is no hotel shuttle. No one at the airport was able to provide us with good info on how to reach the hotel. The most convenient is to take a taxi which cost between 15 and 20 euros. Better book one of the few hotel with a shuttle to avoid wasting time and a lot of frustration.....

Very nice Lobby and reception area. We watched the France vs Morocco game at the bar. Rooms were clean and big and Service was great.
