Close to Frankfurt railway station which is both good and bad. Lots of access to nightlife but also to the drunken mobs attracted to it. Lots of broken glass and drunken mobs out n about in the morning. Rooms are ok but a bit dated.

The location is great but the hotel is bit dated. There was stain on the carpet floor. Upon check in the staff busy chatting instead of attending to me. First impression is like customer is not welcoming.

Location is perfect. Price is affordable. But with the 4* stars title, it should be more equipped. The fan does not work and there is no air condition.

For the price only amenities available were wifi (internet) and cable TV (no English channels available, only CNN). For a few Euros more I could have gotten better amenities and service. Communication was horribly. Family Member left message but was not delivered, either by phone or room delivery. Explanation was unacceptable. Location was great if you like the close proximity to the Central Train Station, which I preferred. I will not book this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Rather disappointing stay at the Savoy hotel, Location is convenient, with easy access to the Hauptbahnhof, and walking distance to the Exhibition Hall, albeit the neighbourhood is rather dodgy. Never felt quite safe. The hotel overadvertises itself, as it doesn't offer breakfast, and it doesn't have a gym either. For breakfast one needs to cross the street to get to another hotel, where they offer food for €12.50, but rather reluctantly. One day they even told that they would rather ask me not to eat there, as their guests complain about the waiting times due to outside people eating there.

Terrible experience. The worst hotels I stayed at for the price I paid.
Very run down conditions. The toilet always has a lingering smell of urine.
Housekeeping skipped making up my room on the first day which I had to remind them
.
