Ulasan Hilton Frankfurt City Centre

The hotel is very good locations and many facilities gym,swimming pool and etc.

The hotel is in an excellent location (very close to the markets) and very clean. The hotel itself is ok in terms of facilities but a bit outdated. I would recommend for business travelers but maybe not for leisure.

A business friendly hotel. Location is ok. Next to a park. No coffee machine in the room. That is quite strange for Hilton.

I visited Frankfurt during the ACHEMA exhibition. All the hotels were expensive and Hilton city was expensive too, but it was more reasonable compared to the other hotels. No problem reaching Messe in the morning. Like the part behind the hotel. Most of the staffs were kind(front desk, DFAC) but the staffs on the Bar were below average. Anyhow, really enjoyed the stay!

Perfect location for shopping and nearby places.

Very good hotel location in the city center, but the children's bed is very old. This is what I did not like. I wish to change it because the hotel is 5 stars and this is not suitable for it.

A room which I stayed was comfortable. The procedure of checkin and checkout went smoothly.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

I never want a connection room but when I stay in Hotel Hilton. Looks like the system get me record on a connection room in all over the world. I was given by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre Hotel on Nov 21st, a connection room, Then Hilton Amerterdam Airport on Nov 22nd . And finally I got another one in my recent trip to Malaysia JB, Double tree on Nov 5th again. Each above mentioned stay I have to call the reception and ask for change room. Waste so much of my time in the Mid-night. It's really a craze experience with Hilton all over the world. I'm not sure I will have any try of Hilton Chain Hotel again in the world. But If I did, please please DO NOT give me a connection room(a room with a inside door) AGAIN!! Please! Worst experience till now!
