I had a wonderful experience at this hotel Breakfast is awesome variety of things to choose for even for vegetarian Location is great tram station and train station both are nearby walking distance If you’re travelling for the Exhibition, it is working distance from the hotel

The room facilities are simple, clean, and the location is convenient. It's within walking distance to the subway station, which is especially handy for getting to the Frankfurt Exhibition Center. The service was good; we were able to check in smoothly early in the morning, which was very welcoming.

Everything was great except for the front desk staff, who really need more training. They came across as unprofessional and uneducated.

Hotel location is good. About 10 minutes drive to city centre. Unfortunately the hotel room that we stay has this “funny” smell only to realise that the source of smell is coming from the carpet, likely from dog’s poo. Anyways have inform hotel staff and he acknowledged it.

This hotel is excellent! It offers incredible value for money, great service, and comfortable beds. It's only a 15-minute drive to the city center, and parking is free. Everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

This location is incredibly convenient, close to major transport hubs and shopping districts, making it perfect for business trips or shopping sprees! The room was spacious and tidy, with soft bedding that didn't bother my shoulders. The soundproofing was excellent, so I could work late into the night without being disturbed. The toiletries were custom Accor brand, fresh and pleasant-smelling. 24-hour hot water and high-speed WiFi were absolute essentials that met all my needs. The breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh hot dishes that varied daily. Free coffee refills were a bonus. The service was efficient and prompt. This place is suitable for both business travelers and short-term trips – you can book it with your eyes closed, no regrets here!

This hotel is about 1.2 km from the nearest subway station. There aren't many restaurants around. It's not very suitable if you have a lot of luggage. It's also quite a distance from Frankfurt City. It's more for business travelers than family trips. In my room, the sheets and pillowcases were a bit worn out, almost transparent from being washed so much. There's a supermarket nearby, reachable within a 10-minute walk.

Just stayed for one night as a stopover. It's a very average hotel, definitely doesn't compare to Novotel in China; it's more on par with a Hanting or Home Inn. The breakfast was good, and it offers decent value for money. Parking is convenient with free street parking spots all around, but it's best to arrive early to snag a spot, as they might fill up after 8 AM.
